本研究旨在了解諮商歷程中,當事人之意圖知覺、當事人內隱反應以及二 者之間的關聯,並探索意圖知覺、內隱反應在不同諮商時期的變化情形。 研究中,以一位具有碩士以上學位、多年諮商經驗的女性諮商員,與一位 年滿二十歲的女大學生,進行八次的諮商;並以人際歷程回憶訪談 (IPR) 的方法來蒐集當事人意圖知覺與內隱反應的資料。研究並以 Hill 和 O'' Grady (1985)所發展的十九類意圖分類表,以及Hill、Helms、Spiegel和 Tichenor(1988)所發展出的二十一類當事人反應分類系統,為資料分析的 主要工具。研究結果發現當事人對最常知覺的諮商員意圖是行為、改變、 挑戰、洞察、與感覺五項意圖;而當事人內隱反應中出現最多的是阻礙的 、害怕的、糟糕的、說明申辯的、抗拒的、需求未滿足的、以及疏離不信 任的等六項負向反應;研究中並對意圖知覺、內隱反應在不同諮商時期的 變化狀況加以討論。在當事人的意圖知覺與內隱反應的關聯情形方面,除 了〞支持〞、〞自我控制〞、〞改變〞三項意圖知覺外,當事人意圖知覺 之後出現頻率最高的內隱反應,常是害怕的、糟糕的、或阻礙的等負向內 隱反應。在當事人、諮商員在諮商中印象深刻的事件方面,二人在感覺洞 察、分析挑戰的介入,以及諮商工作聯盟不穩固的觀感上,是相當一致的 。依據上述結果加以討論,並對未來研究提出建議。
The purpose of this study was to understand the phenomen of the client''s perceptions of counselor intentions 、 the client''s covert reaction 、 their associations and the content of impressive events in the counseling process. A female counselor who owned master''s degree above and many years'' counseling experience saw a 20-year-old, female college student for eight sessions. Interpersonal Process Recall(IPR) was adopted to collect data. Data were analyzed based on" Intention List "(Hill & O'' drady, 1985) and " Client Reaction System "(Hill, Helms, Spiegel., & Tichenor , 1988). The result inciates that the most frequently occurr- ing client''s perception of counselor intentions were Behaviors 、 Change 、 Challenge 、 Insight 、 and Feelings. For the client''s covert reaction, the most frequently occurring client covert reaction were being Stuck 、 Scared 、 Worse 、 Disputed 、 Resistant 、 Needs under satisfaction and Untrusted. A discussions of change in the different counseling stages for the client''s perception of counselor intentions and the client''s covert reaction. For association of client''s perception in the coun- selor intentions and the client''s covert reaction, be- sides Support 、 Self-control and Change the three kinds client''s perception of counselor intentions, most of the client'' s perception of counselor intentions led to clint being Scared 、 Worse and Stuck. The content of impressive events in the counseling process, the inventions of Feeling-Insight 、 Analysis- Challenge and the feelings of not being in a strong working alliance were the same for the client and the counselor. Based upon the above mentioned results, discussions and suggestions were presented.
