近年來有關性機能的檢查日新月異,海綿體切片檢查、動態核磁共振掃
描 、海綿體血中含氧定量、視聽性刺激、一氧化氮 (nitric oxide)的檢
測、海綿體電位活動、動力海綿體血流動力學檢查等,更是在最近幾年逐
漸被重視,但目前還沒有任何一項檢查是放之四海皆準的,因其標準值和
可靠性尚未完全被確定,在病人接受檢查前,應先考量這些檢查的危險性
及其可能的副作用(侵入式的檢查-如血管攝影、陰莖海綿體動力學檢查
等)。故本研究乃利用阻抗體積描記技術-EIP( Electrical
Impedance Plethysmography)非侵入方式進行的陰莖充血量之量測。阻抗
體積描記法可觀察陰莖充血時體積變化的情形,其原理是利用阻抗體積描
記法,採用四個環型電極置於壓克力製容器內,當陰莖勃起時排開壓克力
製容器內之水,致使管內水容量改變,再以水阻抗改變量來對應其陰莖因
充血造成體積改變之量。為了證實本技術的可行性,透過氣球充水假體實
驗來模擬人體陰莖的勃起及實際人體陰莖勃起實驗,經由阻抗體積變化相
對關係來評估本系統的準確性。若以壓力感應器所得之體積變化量為一標
準,由假體及人體實驗的結果顯示出本系統測得的阻抗變化量與壓力感測
器測得的體積變化量呈線性關係,阻抗與體積變化量間之相關係數更高
達0.99以上,這顯示出陰莖充血之體積變化量可經由阻抗變化量來加以估
測。本研究之最終目的是應用於以非侵入性方式追蹤診斷陽萎病人病因的
探討,治療方式的選擇,以及其癒後的評估,不過還需要進一步做更深入
的研究。

The sexual function examination has been improved in recent
years.Slice test of corpora cavernosa、magnetic resonant
imaging (MRI)、 the mount of oxide in corpora cavernosa、
audio-visual sexual stimulation、 oxide test、 corpora
cavernosa action potential and corpora cavernosa blood flow
dynamics test were attached importance gradually. None of these
is an accurate test in this field. The standard and reliability
have not been fixed yet.For this reason,the patientnd must
consider their danger and side effect(invasive test-vascular
camera、 corpora cavernosaod flow dynamics test). The basis of
this research is a non-invasive measurement in penile
erection by electrical impedance plethysmography. The volume
changes of penis can be obtained by four ring electrodes which
was fixed in perspex vessel. As the water volume in the
vessel changs due to penile erection, we can get the the
penile erection corresponding to the water impedance changes.
In order to identify the performance of this technique, we
injected water into balloon to simulate penile erection, and
did the experiment by the penile erection of human. According
to the relationship of the changes impedance with volume, the
accuracy of the system can be estimated. In the view of phantom
and human experiment results,the relationship between the
impedance change and volume change of the system is quite
linear. The linear correlation between the two measurements
has a factor of above 0.99 . This result indicates that the
volume changes in penile erection can be estimated
from the corresponding impedance changes by using this
system. The final purpose of this study was to apply this
technique in the pathogenic inquiry,the choice of treatment and
evaluation of cure in tracing and diagnosing of impotence
patient.Therefore more clinical validation and evaluation
studies are needed.
