In the thesis, the fuzzy controller is used to handle the random variableon the products in the refrigeration storage, which causes the problems with uncertain refrigeration load of the refrigeration system, to improve the operating efficiency of compressors, to save power, and to avoid that operating compressors switch too often. For openers, the objects of the study are intended for establishing the mathematical model of the refrigeration system, and designing the fuzzy controller to operate the ON/OFF cditions of the refrigerant control electromagnetic of the evaporator in every storage. With the function of a power saving, the fuzzy controller can regulate thetotal refrigeration load appropriately, promote the value of the coefficient of performance. In addition, the fuzzy controller will do everything possible to prevent the compressors from operation and switching for the conditioned boundary set around. In this way, the compressors can be maintained to start andstop as infrequent as possible. Through the practice of computer simulation, we make a comparison of the operation between the fuzzy electromagnetic valve and the ordinary storage temperature upper-low limit electromagnetic valve and know that the fuzzy controller produces quite an effect on saving power needed by an operating compressoras the refrigeration storage is lower than design value. Furthermore, under any conditions, the operation compressors to switch loss frequently. According the traditional theories, if we have no ideas about the mathematical model of the control system or ar not sure how to demonstrate the dynamic behavior ofthe system with the precise mathematical models, it usually gets us into trouble of designing controllers. However, in some situations, we deices the fuzzy controller simply out of practical use of language-stale rules and experience and achieve our purpose as we experience and achieve our purpose as we expect without any advanced estimation of mathematical model in the system.
