本論文以實務性為考量,探討如何決定最佳製程目標值。傳統的研究,大多數只
考量了兩個市場,一是主要市場、一是次要市場,在最終產品品質特性達到顧客的
規格,銷售至主要市場,若未能達到顧客訂的規格,則銷售至次要市場或重新裝填或
廢棄之。本論文與傳統的研究不同,在於考量以多重銷售市場及倉儲成本(考量固定
值和隨機變數二種情形)為條件下,建立利潤函數模型,進而推導出期望利潤函數模
型,並且設定出最佳製程目標值,以得到最大的期望利潤。
本論文先考量倉儲成本固定常數條件下,推導出最佳製程目標值;本論文進而
考量倉儲成本與倉儲時間為線性關係下,假設倉儲時間為(1)常態分配且平均數和變異
數為已知常數,(2)指數分配且其參數為已知常數條件下,推導出最佳製程目標值。本
論文利用電腦程式,解出最佳製程目標值,以得到最大的期望利潤,而用本論文所推
出的方法,不僅能使製程業者客觀地決定製程目標值,而且又能最終產品品質特性達
到顧客的規格。

This thesis discusses how to determine the optimal process target
values practically. Most traditional research take two markets
into consideration:primary market and secondary market. If the finished
products meet the requirements of the specifications defined by customers,
they would be sold to primary markets; otherwise, they would be dumped to
secondary market or they may be reworked or scrapped. The discrepancy
of this thesis to the traditional ones is that this thesis tries to
construct modeling of the profit function by taking multiple
markets and storage cost (both of constant value or random variables)
into account. In addition, this thesis puts forth and implies profit
functions mathematically; furthermore, this thesis finds out the optimal
target values and gets the maximal expect profit.
This thesis first infers the optimal process target values
under the condition of constant storage cost. Also,this thesis considers
the variable storage cost, in terms of the linear relationship between
storage cost and storage time which is normal distribution with known
mean values and variance ones or exponential distribution with known lamda,
the optimal target values are inferred. The thesis employs the computer
programs to figure out the optimal process target values and to get the
maximal expect profit. When applied the approach put forward by the thesis,
industrial process companies not only determine the process target values
subjectively but also meet the requirements of the specified quality
characteristics being defined by the customers.
