The prouct quantities of polyester fiber in Tiwan is the chamption in theworld right now , but there are lots of countries constructing new factoriesmaterials of non-woven , the intension of this experiment is try to use theworld right now , but there are lots of countries constructing new factoriesorigional equipments and produce low melting point copolyester in fiber gradefor the use of non-woven. We hope to make the copolyester products have different applications and raise the ability of competition in the industry ,and benefit from the improvement. The experiment is based on the design of mixture experiment. We design two sets of experiments, both using TPA as the major materials. For A part is using IPA and AA as the minor material ; for Bpart is using IPA and SA. We try to discuss the relationship between the ratioof minor row materials to the quantities of copolyester. From this experiment,we have the conclusions that :1. The Tg of copolyester is lower as adding moreAA or SA. 2.IPA、AA or SA all obiviously make the melting point of copolyester lower. 3. In the range of contour line , we can predict the ratio of materials to the change of copolyester melting point from the first order polynominalcontour plots. In the real applications, we can alter the ratio of material in the same contour line and produce products of different Tg.
