本文使用吸入型開放式風洞測試系統,配合一套環境控制設備 使測試環
境溫度保持在25℃,相對濕度在70 ﹪下。針對二個圓 管式熱交換器在不
同管間距及管外徑下,分別進行乾盤管及濕盤牏妥桯篘蝔瓣騆銇〞獐
鷇キ坒鄐怹ㄜ偺S性。 濕盤管,因為躓藎憐陴G滴凝結,造成流場擾流程
度增加,使得濕盤管的顯熱熱オ]子與壓降因子皆大於乾盤管。此外,本
文利用實驗找出乾盤管P濕盤管空氣側的熱傳係數關俙式,其誤差在5 ﹪
以內。悕騧鬘瘣姥鳩N卻除濕過程設計,其計算十分繁雜。使的設計工作D
常困難、沒效率。本文為了克服上述的問題,使用QUICK BASIC語央A針對
圓鰭管式熱交換器與板鰭管式熱交換器,撰寫一套適用於茪H電腦使用之
交談式電腦輔助設計軟體。本電腦輔助設計軟體可尷R乾盤管與濕盤管的
熱傳與壓降特性,其具備功能有 :1)性能評估問題(rating problem)
及(2)尺寸計算題(sizingroblem)兩種。1)性能評估問題:使用者輸入一熱
交換器的實際尺寸及鰭側與管側y量,進口溫度、壓力及相對濕度,則可
得鰭側及管側的出口溫度怹ㄓO降。2)尺寸計算問題:使用者輸入一熱交
換器的鰭側與管側流量,進出f溫度、壓力及相對濕度,則可求得管數及
相關尺寸大小。洏峈怚i經由友善,快速,準確之交談式操作介面進行評
估或設計工@,對於複雜,冗長的計算問題,可藉著電腦快速的運算而獲
得改善C使用者亦可藉此輔助設計軟體來模擬實際運轉狀況,經反覆測試
以F最佳操作或設計,如此則可節省花費在實驗上的時間與金錢。
There are two parts in this paper . For the first part ,
annduced wind tunnel was used to measure the heat transfer
andressure friction factor for circular finned-tube heat exch-
ngers in both dry and wet conditions . The ambient tempera-ure
and humidity were controlled at 25 ℃ and 70﹪ . Thexperimental
results indicated that the sensible Colburn fac-or was 3~12﹪
higher than the Colburn factor for the dry coilsnd the wet
coils friction factor was 2~13﹪ higher than thatf the dry
coils . we also developed an equation to predicatehe heat
transfer coefficient of wet coils . By comparing with the
present experimental data , it wereound that Briggs&Young''s
predications for dry coils wereood agreement with the
experimental data . Robinson&Briggs''redications were higher
than the experimental data . Theew correlation of and factors
have been developed . The second part of this paper is to
develop an interactiveomputer - aided design software for both
circular finned-tubend plate finned-tube heat exchangers . In
the design logic ,e divided the coils into three cases by
comparing the coilsurface temperature and the dew point
temperature .1)completely dry : when the outlet dew point
temperature is higher than the coils surface temperature
.2)partially dry and partially wet : when the inlet dew point
temperature is higher than the coils surface temperature and
the outlet dew point temperature is lower than the coils
surface temperature .3)completely wet : when the inlet dew
point temperature is lower than the coils surface temperature
.his program was written by Quick BASIC language and can beun
in any personal computer . It can solve the rating pro-lem and
sizing problem friendly and rapidly . in plate-fin and tube
heat exchangers.of
