本論文係以MnO/Fe2O3觸媒焚化處理(CH3)2S及(CH3)2S2等單一揮發性有機
物,實驗分成三部份。(一)操作參數:探討反應溫度、VOC進流濃度、空
間流速及氧濃度等操作參數對觸媒焚化效率的影響。(二)觸媒毒化:觀察
長期焚化含硫VOCs,觸媒焚化效率衰退之趨勢。(三)反應動力:針對
Power-rate law 、Mars and Van Krevelen Model 及Langmuir-
Hinshelwood model等三種反應動力,探討其與焚化(CH3)2S及(CH3)2S2實
驗數據符合情形。 (CH3)2S及(CH3)2S2等觸媒焚化處理效率皆隨反應溫
度上升而增加,但隨空間流速及進流濃度上升而減少,而氧濃度則無影響
。在觸媒毒化方面,(CH3)2S及(CH3)2S2皆對此觸媒有毒化作用,且反應
溫度較低時,觸媒活性下降越明顯,當反應溫度較高時,觸媒活性下降越
少。
在反應動力模式方面,對(CH3)2S而言,無法判斷Mars and Van Krevelen
model和Langmuir-Hinshelwood model 何者較適合,而(CH3)2S2在高溫焚
化時(150℃~210℃)以Mars and Van Krevelen model較適合,在低溫焚化
反應(70℃~130℃)則以Langmuir-Hinshelwood model較為適合。

The incineration of single Volatile Organic Compounds ,
including (CH3)2S and (CH3)2S2 over MnO/Fe2O3 catalyst were
investigated in this study. It can be classified into three
major parts .(I)Operating parameters : The effect of catalytic
incineration were determined , including reactive temperature ,
inlet concentration , space velocity and oxgen concentration .
(II)Catalytic poisoning : The long term poisoning effects of
(CH3)2S and (CH3)2S2 on the catalyst were investigated . (III)
Kinetic reaction : Several kinetic models such as Power-
rate law, Mars and Van krevelen model were used to analyze the
results. The results showed that the conversion of (CH3)2S
and (CH3)2S2 increased as the VOC inlet concentration and space
velocity decreaed and reactive temp. re increased , but it
were not effect with oxgen concentration for the range in our
study . In the aspect of catalytic poisoning , two VOCs of the
(CH3)2S and (CH3)2S2 had some effect of poison over the
catalytic incineration . Where reactive temperature were lower
(<300℃), the activity of catalyst were decreaced significantly
, but higher reactive temperture(>300)were not. In
the aspect of kinetic reaction , it can not be sure that Mars
and Van Krevelen and Langmuir -Hinshelwood model what's model
were suitable for (CH3)2S . In the aspect of (CH3)2S2 , Mars and
Van Krevelen were suitable with higher incineration (150℃~210
℃) , but Langmuir -Hinshelwood model were suitable with lower
incineration (70℃~130℃) .
