場址效應在近來的許多地震中,經常是造成主要災害的成因。本文利用中
央氣象局全省強地動觀測計畫(TSMIP)所得的強震資料,研究台灣西北部
地區的場址效應,使用的方法包含定性分析、頻譜比及參數分離法。經空
間內插及平均,可適度調整強震資料不足的缺憾,利用全體資料展開的方
式,有助於暸解整個地區的地動行為。參數分離法中,距離項的影響並非
很大。 值,在高或低頻範圍有接近 的趨勢,但在中間頻段(2-7 Hz)只
有之變化。分別以低、中、高三個頻段來討論場址效應,低頻0.4Hz與PGD
相當,中頻1.0Hz與PGV相當,而高頻3.0Hz與PGA相當。跟平均值比起來,
台北盆地高頻段場址效應之高區出現在盆地之東、南緣,包括東側的信義
區及板橋南側。低頻高區包含西邊的五股地區及東邊的信義區,五股高區
與深基盤有關,信義區與該地厚泥層及低速層有關。跟平均值比起來,西
北地區,場址效應較大的區域,北從桃園台地群之東半部,南經竹東至苗
栗丘陵為止,再往南的高區則出現在彰化平原,以及台中盆地南段之霧峰
至南投一帶,中間有一段,包含苗栗以南及台中以北,場址效應很小,尤
其台中市幾乎顯現出岩盤站的特性。整體而言,場址效應方面,台北盆地
與彰化平原有相近的反應行為,較易放大震波,其餘地區則較平緩。研究
區域內的各都會區中,台北市與彰化市受場址效應影響最大,桃園市、新
竹市及南投市具有低頻及中頻的放大效應,台中市及苗栗市沒有明顯的場
址效應。
The strong motion''s site effect in the northwestern Taiwan was
studied using the TSMIP data. Both of qualitative and
quantitative methods are involved. The quantitative analysis
includes spectral ratio and parametric separation. The Spatial
interpolation and average technique can fill the gap due to
strong motion data mistrigger. It can display all data at one
time and provide more reliable average behavior of ground
motion. The propagation term in parametric separation method is
found to have little effect on the other terms. Three frequency
ranges are studied: low (0.4 Hz), mediate (1 Hz) and high (3
Hz), which are corresponding to PGD, PGV, and PGA in
qualitative analysis, respectively. The site effect in Taipei
basin is found to have high frequency amplification at the east
including Sinyi area and the northern Panchiao area. For low
frequency range, the amplification areas include Wuku in the
west and Sinyi in the east. The deep basement is believed to be
the reason for low frequency amplification in the west and the
low velocity top soil layers explain the abnormal behavior in
Sinyi area. The areas having amplification site effect in the
western Taiwan are: the eastern part of Taoyuan terrace,
Chutung to Miaoli foothill, Changhua plain and the southern
part of Taichung basin (Wufeng to Nantao). The region between
Miaoli and Taichung shows little site effect, especially in the
Taichung city which has ground motion behavior quite like rock
sites. The site responses of Taipei basin and Changhua plain
are similar. They both have apparent amplification site
effects. The other regions are relatively gentle. Concerning
with the metropolitan areas, Taipei city and Changhua city may
suffer great site magnification. There are low and mediate
frequency amplification effect in Taoyuan city, Hsinchu city
and Nantao city. Fortunately, we find that no significant site
effect for the cities of Taichung and Miaoli.
