Application of Screen Blowing Printing Media
to Visually Impaired Education
Abstract
The research aims to find out the relationship between the thickness of a
printing plate and that of foams,and to discover how raised printing influences
foaming thickness. The result of the experiment not only helps to produce thick
printing plates bu
The sample of the experiment is based on Screen Blowing inks
which are produced in Taiwan. Four brands of sixteen cans of Blowing ink are
selected. Two out of sixteen cans are selected and aided with adding permanent.
The features collected are tested by Pearson Product-Monent correlation and
charts show the relationship between variates.
Eighty-one teachers of the visually impaired students in Taipei and Taichung
are selected to assess the effects of the multimedia by filling
in questionaires. The contents of the assessment invole:
(1) producing effect: blowing thickness,rub resistance,
touching (2) function: verbal ability ,graphics and figures,
mathematic tools (3) teachers, operating ability (4) interest
and the willingness to use.
The result of the study is concluded as follows:
1. The film thickness has positive relationship with blowing rate.
The increase of the thickness of film leads to differerences of blowing
thickness.The main reason is because the varieties between the variables and
permanents accelerate the obvious increases of blowing rates.
2. More than 82 % of teachers agree with the producing effects
and the functions of the Screen Printing media, the interest of
teachers of the blind and their
teaching willingness .There is no significance between variables of teachers,
backgrounds and ,
