Photoacoustic Spectrascopy may be applied to study the mechanism of photo-induced heat releasing of many objects. In this paper the principle and application of Photoacoustic Spectrascopy are introduced. The Photoacoustic signal from carbon bar, carbon powder and leaves can be measured. We may compare the photo- acoustic signal from the upper side and lower side of the leaf. At last we apply the Kubelka-Munk theory to simulate the absorp- tion coefficient of leaves.
