空氣品質監測站之設置,由於監測目的不同、設置地點及其所在地污
染物排放量排放密度及氣象條件亦不同、 造成各測站間 PSI 測值之差異
、如何利用彼此間各污染物測值之時間及空間相關性以探討各測站之代表
區域或涵蓋區域,更進而探討造成空氣品質劣化原因係屬微尺度或區域整
体劣化效果,藉此可摒除氣象條件及污染源排放特性之繁複性,以簡化研
析過程,達到迅速獲致空氣污染測站所涵蓋有意義區域界定之目的。本研
究主要探討空氣品質劣化發生時,各測站所應採取應變措施之涵蓋區域,
並利用各測站對背景測站 (萬里站 ) 之比值分布來瞭解污染性質之歸屬
。另以 PSI 值做最小平方法線性迴歸各不同監測目的之測站其彼此間之
線性關係及相關係數,期能瞭解各測站監測資料相互運用之適切性。研究
結果顯示大同站為交通測站,其與其他測站相關性不佳,對於大台北地區
一般空氣品質狀況不具代表性,因此其測值不可與其它測站資料合併處理
;陽明站為國家公園測站,該站用於反應台北市一般空氣品質狀況較優於
台北縣;萬里站為背景測站,其與其他測站相關性不佳,惟其位於無人為
污染之盛行上風處,因此做為反映背景濃度之測站有其實質的意義。比值
法可簡便的判定空氣污染型態、且對於涵蓋區域之界定有其實用之價值,
可做為涵蓋區域選定之參考挔據。比值頻率之分布係受測站設置位置之地
理環境、氣象條件、污染物排放特性等條件所影響,利用比值法及測站涵
蓋區域之界定原則,可更符合實際的選用各測站因應空氣品質劣化時所需
採取應變措施的區域
Air quality monitoring station usually setup for different
purposes. Theconsidered factors for setup a monitoring station
includes its locations, thesurround emission density and the
climate conditions. Those factors usuallyinfluence PSI values
from station to station. In this study we try to attactthe
problem that how to adopt those factors to identify the
representivedomain for every air quality monitoring stations in
Taipei metropolitan area.The important issue is to indicate
that whether a monitoring data reflect amicroscale or a
regional scale pollution and where is the limit area that
amonitoring station data can represent its air quality. In this
study we aimedto exclude the complication of the climatic
conditions and the pollutionitems, therefore a simplified
approach was proposed. When a air pollutionwarning occurred,
the warning area that need to be notified is identified fromthe
ratios of concentration that occurred at the same day and the
same indexpollutant between each stations to the referenced
station(Wan Li station). Theratios were used to reflect the
air pollution either a regional scale ormicroscale.
Therefore the warning area can be defined. The least mean
squarelinear regression correlation coefficients between
the PSL values amongmonitoring stations were calculated. The
correlation coefficients are used tocheck inter relationship
between monitoring stations.Research results showedthat the Tai
Tung Station is atypical traffic station. Its correlation
toother non-traffic stations were very low. The data from
traffic monitoringstation can not be used to represent the air
pollution state of Taipei City.This study also indicates
Although Yang Ming Shan station is a national parkstation it is
suitable to reflect the genernal air quality condition of
TaipeiCity, however its representation cab not be applied to
Taipei Country. Thecorrelation of Wan Li Station with other
stations is very low. This ensurethat Wan Li Station is
independent from other stations and is suitable to beselected
as a referenced station. The variation of the mentioned ratios
wereusually affected by the geographic factor, the climate
conditions, and theemission features of the pollutants. The
proposed ratio approach and certaincriteria can be adopted as
the a practical procedures to reflecting a regionalor a
microscale air quality based on monitoring data.
