未來垃圾焚化處理將成為台灣地區垃圾處理的主流 。焚化廠興建運轉
後,伴隨而來是經過高溫燃燒後的垃圾所排放的大量污染廢氣及飛灰、灰
渣污染物處理問題。為解決這問題除需有優良的控制設備外,良好的操作
技術及操作條件亦為重要的控制因素,如空有優良的設備而無良好的操作
技術及操作條件,只會徒增污染控制設備的負擔,縮短設備壽命,也無法
達排放的標準。本研究將利用兩座大型都市垃圾焚化廠實際運轉之資料,
經統計整理分析,以探討操作條件對排放廢氣濃度之影響及排放廢氣濃度
對操作條件之影響,建立一統計數學模式,以期由操作條件的改變預測出
廢氣污染物的排放濃度,或由廢氣污染物濃度來更改操作條件而達排放標
準,使爐體本身保持在最佳的運轉效率。其研究結果在操作條件對排放廢
氣濃度之影響方面: 發現 NOx、CO 及鍋爐出 O2 模型解釋能力較高,其
R2 值各為 0.94、0.75、0.9(0.9、0.7、0.9), 而 HCL 及 SOx 模型解
釋能力較低,其 R2 值各為 0.21、0.26(0.16、0.42), 顯示操作條件對
HCL、SOx 排放在資料範圍內較不具關係。且由分析結果發現一次空氣量
、二次空氣量鍋爐出 O2 及爐溫均為廢氣排放濃度主要影響因子,由此可
得知爐溫及空氣量是廢氣排放濃度的重要影響因子。在排放廢氣濃度對操
作條件之影響方面:由排放廢氣濃度來改變操作條件所建立之模型,其解
釋能力均較低, 只有爐溫模型解釋能力較高,其 R2 值為 0.9,且以煙
囪出 O2 及 NOx 的改變對操作條件的影響最為顯著。
In the future, solid waste incineration will be the
mainstream of the wastehave been destroyed in Taiwan. Because
the garbage burning in these solidwaste incineration plants,
problems of release of the pulluted air, dust willarise. In
order to solve these problems, excellant control
equipments,advanced operation skills and operation conditions
are three inseparatableimportant control factors. If there
are not oparation skills and operationconditions, the
pollution-control equipments will be easily damaged.Besides,
the equipments will not last very long. Ideal air release
standard will not beeasily reached.By analysing the data from
two large-scale urban solid wasteincineration plants, this
research will discuss the influence betweenoparation
condition and the density of the released flue air.
Furthurmore,this research will form a mathamatical formula
in order to predict theintensity of the flue air through the
change of operation conditions, or tokeep the furnace on the
best efficient operating condition by changing theoperation
condition according to the change in the intensity of the
flueair.The results of this research, regarding the influence
of the operationcondition on the intensity of flue air, are
NOx ﹑ CO and O2 models out ofboilers can better explain the
influence the operation conditions on the flueair. ( The R2 of
the above 3 models are respectively 0.94,0.75,0.9 [ 0.9,0.7,0.9]
) Compared to the above models, HCL and SOx models have a
worse abilityto explain the influence. ( The R2 of them are
0.21,0.26 [ 0.16,0.42] ) Thisshows that these two models are
less influenced by the operation conditions.According to the
analysis, primary air, second air, boiler outlet O2
andfurnace temperature are the important factors of the
intensity of the releasedflue air.Concerning the influence the
released flue air has on the operationconditions, the models
made by the change of the operation condition accordingto the
intensity of the reloeased flue air have a worse explanary
ability.Only furnace temperature model has a better
expalnary. Its R2 is 0.9. Thechanges of the chimney-released
O2 and NOx have a greatest influence on theoperation
conditions.
