本研究從現行允許混合使用法規之規定下,針對混合使用在設計上之課題
與公共設施與設備混用; 消防安全設施等系統上之衝突 ; 安全隔離與使
用聯繫等各項設計因子相關,探討混合使用中建築設備設計應注意之事項
, 內容包括 :現況調查以釐清我國混用住宅之設備課題 ; 研擬混用設備
設計原則體系作為營建設計時及未來法規規範制定之參考.
英文提要:
In the rapidly changed Taiwan ,mix-use residential houshing
designs become more and more important in the urban development
issues.This is to establish the design code for the building
equipmentregarding future design and building law. With this
research ,our building equipment of mix-use residential house
can be designby combining the building code , planning and
management. Hense ,this study is first to take a look at the
design issue of mix-use ,including safety;economy;activity and
combination ofequipment system. There are two parts of this
research: Part 1: Take a review of all related literature to
establish the design code of mix-use equipment.
Part 2: Focus on the basic relationship between architecture and
equipment.
