The outstanding performance of Hsinchu Science Park(HSP) was a
model of hi-tech industry in worldwide.As to far productivity in
the HSP have been study by some scholars in the view on the
basis of cross section,but the lack of study in the long-term
study about evaluation and effecting of productivity in the HSP.
In this paper study on the subject of laborproductivity,capital
productivity and R&D productivity in the period from1990 to
1994.Furthermore, Try to use AHP method to appraise the
performanceof six industries in the HSP as a criteria for the
prior consideration. This paper draws the following
conclusions:1.After measuring with high skill-intensituy, high
added value and high capital-intensity to compare with the
industries in the HSP in general is coincide the characteristic
of hi-tech industry.2.In general speaking the factor
productivity effecting by other factorproductivity and
proportion between factors from 1990 to 1994 is not thesame ,a
quite of difference.3.With AHP to appraise the prior rate of six
industries in the HSP is Integrated Circuits 0.2682,Computers &
Peripherals 0.2546,Optoelectronics 0.2204, Precision Machinery
0.1468, Telecommunications 0.06, Biotechnology0.04.
