A nonlinear finite element system for analyzing a reinforced concrete structure is constructed in present research. The Finite Element Method is the best simulation to Solid structure on numerical method. It is insufficient for current Finite Element Method to crack failure model and viaduct beam crack and brae slippage problem, also there are Explicit Finite Element Approach with Application to Fragmentation analysis to develop. On the program. the failure criteria of concrete on cracking and crutch are determined by the law of biannual stresses. Under-biannual compressive loading, the concrete presents an orthotropic stress-strain description. An incremental orthotopic model based on the concept of equivalent uniaxial strain is employed to simulate, also, adopted the stiffness matrix of cracked to simulated present concrete strength of crack. According to the program analysis, we can predicted the position, orientations and opening the major cracks and the redistribution of stresses after cracks happened, Also develop impact dynamic structure forever, because it is depend on the explicate Finite Method. Therefore the optimum design of reinforced concrete structure could be obtained by this realistically numerical simulation.
