在不同尺寸的磁性齒輪中,控制齒輪大小,充磁極數,填加導磁材料,磁鐵厚,磁鐵高,相對距離,相對角度等為唯可變變因,由有限元素分析法和實驗上的應證,發現當磁環尺度增加時最大扭矩發生的位置也往高極數發展,可充磁極數也同時增加!也探討了在尺度變化的同時填充導磁材料的效應,距離變化對尺度變化的效應等。
在探討這些效應上我們應用了磁路分析軟體Magnet5.2版以有限元素分析法為理論根據建立CAD模型以有限元素分析法解之Maxwell stress force法和Virtual work法為理論計算以求得最大扭矩,法線方向(Bn),切線方向(Bt)磁場大小;配合實驗上的實作得到的物理分析,同時也建立了一簡單模型對於此一物性有簡單的解釋,最後得到此系統之最佳化機制並申請專利保護之。
In the different size of magnetic gears, the present study views some factors as variable factors such as control the size of magnetic gears, number of poles, fill the yoke material, the thickness of the magnetic irons, the height of the magnetic irons, the relative distance and so on. By the finite element analysis and experiment's evidence, the present study finds out the position of the maximum torque happened goes to the highest and poles increases in the same time when magnetic ring scales increase. Also the present study find out the change of the scales has the significant on the yoke material and the change of the distance has the significant on the scales' change.
In order to examine the effects above, the present study makes use of the Magnetic Analysis software-Magnet 5.2 ver. The present study is based on the finite factor analysis to build CAD model and use the finite factor analysis to get the solution. Also it is based on Maxwell stress force method and Virtual work method to get the maximum Torque, the direction of Bn' the magnetic size of Bt. The present study matches the result of the experiment to get the physics analysis. Meanwhile, it also builds a simple model to have the simple explanation of physical analysis. Finally, the present study get the optimum mechanism of this system and apply for the patent to protect.
