本文之主要目的在研究使用工作站級CAD/CAM軟體CADDS5,配合四軸
CNC工具機,以整體成形加工方式,製造空氣引擎壓縮機葉片。使用
Cadds5建立壓縮機葉片的模型及刀具路徑,經後處理器編譯成GM碼,利用
DNC系統傳輸至CNC上作實際加工,並驗證成品尺寸及表面粗糙度。建構葉
片模型上,在繪製圓弧曲面常產生缺陷,因此將資料點給予梯形分段處理
,可得較佳的圓弧曲面。此外採用PAINT SHOP PRO,來作圓弧曲面檢測,
有極佳的效果。三軸同動加工動葉片,因動葉片本身扭轉相當厲害,需作
數次加工角度之改變,方能加工出所需的動葉片。在粗加工採用
WATERLINE,最大優點為粗加工後,得到的預留量相當一致。精加工採用
ZPROFILE,其加工方式為由上而下逐層加工,當加工上 層葉形時,下層
尚未加工部份,可用來當作支撐部份,減少震動發生。為維持在加工公差
在0.001mm內,需將Stepover設成較小值。四軸同動加工上採用Surfcut5
,因只能旋轉A軸,故需配合適當刀軸控制,使B軸 旋轉量減少,用來加
工靜葉片,可得到不錯之成果。但用於加工動葉片,由於葉形曲 面扭曲
嚴重,故此加工方式並不適用。
The objective of this paper is to study how to cut blades of
an air engine directly from aluminum alloy disk body using
4-axis CNC machining center and work station based software
package CADDS5. Blade model and tool path are established by
CADDS5. CNC programs are generated by means of a customized
4-axis postprocessor and are transferred from PC micro-computer
to CNC controller by a DNC system. The accuracy and surface
roughness of the finished blades are inspected and verified.
To establish a perfect fillet surface between blades and disk
body perhaps is a most challenge task.Discontinuity and surface
waviness are quite possibly happened on those area.It has been
found that trapezoid sectioning treatment of blade profile input
data is very helpful for smooth fillet surface creation.PAINT
SHOP PRO package is very effective for diagnosis of surface
imperfection.In 3-axis machining , it is necessary to rotate
dividing head several times in orde machine the whole blade
surface. WATERLINE is a very good cutting method because it
remain homogeneous stock over the blade model. ZPROFILE is
employed for blade finish cutting. The tool path loop around the
blade profile from top to bottom.Therefore, it increase blade
cutting stiffness and has a tendency to decrease the induced
vibration.Stepover is set to minimum inorder to meet the
requirement of tolerance with 0.001mm.In 4-axis machining ,
SURFCUT5 command is employed. Because only A-axis is available ,
B-axis angle variation should be controlled to minimum during
tool path generation.The experimental results reveal that
SURFCUT5 can be used to cut stator blades, but not for rotor
blades due to serious twist of the profile.
