摘 要本研究目的在暸解台北市﹑台中市﹑高雄市三都會區住戶飲用水
中揮發性有機化合物含量﹐並利用數學模式推估由食入﹑吸入及皮膚吸收
等多途徑的暴露量及致癌危險性。採取三都會區共26個行政區內各五戶住
戶的水龍頭(137個)及飲用水(92個)水樣作為樣本。分析方法參考美國環
保署524方法﹐以吹氣補集法(purage and trap)處理水樣﹐氣相層析儀 /
質譜儀 ( GC / MS )定性及定量揮發性有機化合物。結果顯示自來水為主
要使用水及飲用水來源(各佔95%及74%)﹐檢出率以THMs為最高﹐其次為
Toluene﹑1,2-Dichloroethane。而三都會區自來水中THMs平均濃度分別
為台北市49.93 ug/ L ﹑台中市37.61 ug / L ﹑高雄市104.12 (g / L﹔
其他如高雄市的1,2-Dichloroethane濃度為6.73 ug / L 及台中市的
Trichloroethene濃度為7.57 ug / L﹐均超出法規5ppm濃度規定。評估飲
用水中Chloroform多途徑暴露量﹐(1)食入方面﹕生飲2升自來水
Chloroform暴露量約36-140 ug﹐若食用經煮沸或處理過的飲用水暴露量
約7-28 ug﹔(2)吸入方面﹐淋浴十分鐘暴露量約為14-46 ug﹐淋浴二十分
鐘吸入量約43-295 ug﹔(3)皮膚吸收量方面﹐淋浴十分鐘暴露量為8-29
ug﹐淋浴二十分鐘吸收量為17-58 ug。假設居民每天淋浴十分鐘及一天攝
取2升飲水﹐對Chloroform的整體致癌危害性評估﹐在高雄市每百萬人中
會增加17.59人﹐在台北市每百萬人中會增加6.42人﹐在台中市每百萬人
中會增加4.99人﹔若居民洗澡二十分鐘及一天攝取2升飲水時﹐則其整體
致癌危害性評估﹐在高雄市每百萬人中可增加64.77人﹐在台北市每百萬
人中會增加13.27人﹐在台中市每百萬人中可增加11.5人。
ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to determinate VOCs
concentration of drinkingwater in metropolises in Taiwan and
estimate cancer risk assessment frommathematical models by
ingestion, inhalation, and dermal absorption of drinkingwater.
Focusing on Taiwan''s three major metropolitan areas (Taipei,
Taichung,and Kaohsiung), 137 samples were taken from tap water
and 68 samples were takenfrom treatable water in 26 districts.
The analysis method of VOCs in drinkingwas according to the
reference methodwith USEPA 524.2. Water samples were direct
injected to purge and trap, andfollowed by gas chromatography /
mass spectrometry (GC / MS). The results showed that tap water
was the major source of using water (95%)and drinking water
(74%). Detection rate of total halomethanes (THMs) was
thehighest, Toluene and 1,2-Dichloroethane were secondary. The
average of THMsconcentration in tap water was 49.93 ug/L in
Taipei, 37.61 ug/L in Taichung,and 104.12 ug/L in Kaohsiung; the
other average of 1,2-Dichloroethane concen-tration was 6.73 ug/L
in Kaohsiung and Trichloroethene concentration was 7.57ug/L in
Taichung. Estemating Chloroform exposure in drinking water from
multiple routes : (1)ingestion : tap water range between 36 to
140 ug, and boiling water or treat-able water range between 7 to
28 ug; (2)inhalation : shower in 10 min rangebetween 14-46 ug,
and shower in 20 min range between 43-295 ug;
(3)dermalabsorption : shower in 10 min range between 8-29 ug,
and shower in 20 minrange between 17-58 ug. Individual cancer
risk assessment of total chloroform increase 17.59 persons per
million from shower in 10 min and intake 2 L very day in
Kaohsiung, and increase 6.42 persons in Taipei and 4.99 persons
in Taichung; Individual cancer risk assessment of total
chloroform increase 64.77 persons per million from shower in 20
min and intake 2 L very day in Kaohsiung, and increase 13.27
per- sons in Taipei and 11.5 persons in Taichung.
