鑑於染整廢水中所含高濃度之染料不僅會導致對環境之危害,也會引
起人們的厭惡。針對這些廢水,有許多的處理市法被開發引用如化學混凝
、活性碳吸附、化學氧化、臭氧等。基於成本及操作難易的考量,這些方
法都沒有被廣泛的應用。鑑於電膠凝法具有操作簡易、停留時間短之特性
,而且可去除廢水中較大分子之有機物,對色度亦有很好之去除效果。因
此本研究即用此法來處理染整廢水,以了解其對有機物去除效果,進一步
結合廠商原有之設備來處理,探討其效果,並評估實際使用之可行性。由
結果得知1.不論將電膠凝處理放在生物處理前或生物處理後,電膠凝處
理效率以 COD 而言,均可達 45%以上。2.如將電膠凝法放在生物處理前
段,則處理後要注意水中之溶氧、氮、磷及鐵的析出量等問題。處理後曝
氣10分鐘,稍經沉澱,添加少許尿素即可克服這些問題。3.電膠凝處理
去除有機物的效率:非溶解性有機物>溶解性有機物。4.隨電壓不同,電
流強度不同, COD等去除率會隨電座之增加而增加。電壓在 220V時,去
除效率最好,但考慮現場種種因素,建議現場處理以 11OV是最適用 。5
.雖然隨著電膠凝時間的增加COD等去除率隨著增加,但在超過30分後,
所增加之效率並不顯著,因此基於經濟考量,建議將處理時間定在 20-30
分鐘,最為經濟。6.電膠凝反應中會隨輸出電荷量的增加,水中之pH值
也隨之上升,使得原水中磷幾乎可完全去除,而且可去除氨氮。因此此法
應是很好之三級處理方法。
Wastewater from dyeing factory contained high concentration
of the waste dye which will create the serious problems on the
environmental pollution. Those waste chemicals can be removed
by using chemical coagulation , absorption by activated
charcoal, and oxidation by chemical methods or ozone. None of
those methods has been applied practically because of the
operational cost and the difficulty. During treatment of dyeing
wastewater, electrical coagulation method possesses a simple
equipment, relative short stay time, removal of larger organic
molecules leading to a good transparency of the wastewater. In
this work, we combined both of the coagulation and biodegrading
for the treatment of dyeing wastewater. The results based on
COD removal rate from this works can be used to evaluate the
efficiencies of this combination. From those results, we can
conclude as follows.1. The combination of coagulation and
biodegrading process, no matter which is prior to another, the
COD removal rate always higher than 45%.2. When the electrical
coagulation was applied prior to biological method, the contains
of oxygen, nitrogen of ammonium, phosphorus of phosphate and the
concentration of iron increase substantially. Air expose for 10
min, the concentration of iron can be reduced. Lower iron
concentration and addition of urea will overcome the problem of
the lower efficiencies of biodegrading process. 3. The
efficiencies of removing undissoluble organic matter by
electrical coagulation is better than that for dissoluble
organic matter.4. The removal efficiencies for the electrical
coagulation increase upon increasing of the applied voltage.
Although applied voltage of 220 V performs the best
efficiencies, however, applied voltage of 110 V is a practical
voltage in the application.5. The removal rate of electrical
coagulation can be improved by increasing the contact time. The
removal rate will reach a plateau after 30 min contact period.
We recommend the contact time at 20-30 min because of the
economic consideration.6. The removal rate is function on the
pH of the solution. Low pH of solution lead to better removal
rate. The pH of the solution will be increased upon the pro-
cessing time. Phosphate and ammonium can be completely removed
when the solution contained calcium and magnesium ions.
