本文針對行星齒輪式有段變速器,以現有之二速變速器為設計概念,進而對三速變
速器從構造合成、齒數設計、功率流分析、效率分析及動態特性分析,找出可用三速變
速器之設計。
在構造合成的部份,利用圖論及耦合步驟合成出14種可用之三速自動變速器設計構
想。接著,根據設計規格建立起每個構型之目標函數,再以優化方法找出在設計限制下
之最佳齒數配置,最後可以找到5種可行的配置;在動力分析方面,整理出系統化之步
驟以分析功率流方向,然後考慮齒輪之摩擦損失而進行功率流分析,最後得到整個輪系
的傳動效率,以此模式進行三速變速器之效率分析,最後可得其平均效率,其範圍介於
0.9675至0.9832之間。至於傳動系統動態分析,整合變速器及無刷直流馬達之動態分析
模式,以分析整體的動態特性,最後可發現用靜態負荷模式與動態負荷模式所得之結果
相差很小,且摩擦所造成之效率損失達0.33之多。規劃一套實驗設備以量測現有之二速
變速器,由實驗結果可發現負載越大則換檔時機越遲,且二檔效率高於一檔。本文所建
立的模式及所得結果有助於自動變速器之設計與研發。
The purpose of this study is to analyze an existing two-speed transmission and to propose feasible three-speed transmissions for electrical motorcycles. For the purpose, the methodologies and models of structural synthesis, tooth number synthesis, power flow analysis, efficiency analysis, and dynamic analysis are developed.
In structural synthesis, graph theory and the coupling procedure are applied and 14 feasible design concepts for three-speed transmissions are proposed. An optimization technique is then used to determine gear tooth numbers of each design concept. However there are only 5 design concepts whose speed ratios can satisfy the kinematic requirements. Regarding their power flow and efficiency analyses, a systematic procedure is applied, firstly to analyze the direction of power flow, secondly to estimate the power flow with considering the friction of the gear pairs, and thirdly to evaluate the efficiency. Based on the results of the efficiency analysis of the feasible design concepts, the range of the average efficiency is between 0.9675 and 0.9832. With regard to the dynamic analysis of the two-speed transmission, the equation of motion of the transmission and the dynamic equations of the brushless d.c.moto are integrated, then Runge-Kutta method is used to analyze the characteristics of the system. Two load models, dynamic load and static load, are considered. It is found that there are only minor differences between the results of using the two models, also the reduction of the efficiency caused by friction is 33%. Experimental arrangements are also set up to test the characteristics of the two-speed transmission. Based on the experimental results, the higher the load the later to change the speed ratio, also the efficiency of the second speed is higher than that of the first one.
