本文主要乃在探求板鰭管式熱交換器之熱傳遞係數。由於流經鰭片之流場甚為複雜
,故以前專家學者大都將流體之熱傳遞係數視為常數,以簡化問題的複雜性。實際上,
熱傳遞係數應為位置函數,所以本文將比較熱傳遞係數為位置函數與把其視為常數間的
差異及說明鰭片上的一些熱傳現象。
此外,本文將透過逆向熱傳導技巧,來預估鰭片的熱傳遞係數和鰭片效率。主要目
的在擬藉由熱偶計量測平板鰭片上的溫度,來預測於鰭片上之局部熱傳遞係數。由於流
體之熱傳遞係數預測準確與否,深深的影響及鰭片的散熱量與鰭片效率,故本文之逆算
法將以鰭片效率的結果來做比較。
最後,值得說明的是,以前大部份專家學者皆想盡方法來直接求取鰭片上的熱傳遞
係數,進而求解鰭片效率。而本文所提之逆算方法,只需量測平板上的溫度,就可預估
鰭片效率,故非常具實用性。
The heat transfer coefficient of the plate finned-tube heat exchanger is searched mainly in this thesis. Since the field of fluid that flows across fins is very complex. The previous scholars is to simplify the complexity of the problem so as to be the constant for the heat transfer coefficient of the fluid. In fact, the heat transfer coefficient should be the function of location. We will tell the difference from the heat transfer coefficient as to be the function of location to it as to be the constant and say some heat transfer phenomenon in the fins in this thesis.
 In addition, the fin efficiency and the fin heat transfer coefficient are predicted by the scheme of inverse heat conduction in the thesis. The main purpose of that is that we want to estimate the heat transfer coefficient with the information of fin temperature measured by thermocouple. because the prediction of the heat transfer coefficient if exactly or not is influence on the fin efficiency deeply, so the results for the method of inverse is used to comparison by the fin efficiency.
 Finally, it should be mentioned that most of previous scholars tried to determine the heat transfer coefficient of the flow fluid straightforwards and subsequently the fin efficiency. The inverse method of this thesis need only to measure the fin temperature and can predict fin efficiency. Thus, the present method is very powerful.
