Talent identification (TI) in sport focuses on the assessment of the young individual''s athletic abilities in order to determine which characteristics are present and/or lacking in terms of the requiremints deemed to be improtant and predictive of success for a particular sport. TI not only helps to find potential athletes, guide children towards the "right" sport, it also save a huge amount of time and money in the attempt to develop national and international champions. The traditional way of TI used the subective selection method from coaches as well as experts from that particular area, experiences was the only means. This study utilizes MCDM fuzzy logic theory to help coaches objectively determine the critical factors involved in the TI process. The key elements selected form physionlogy, psychology, biomechanics, anthrometry will be used to collect data and the MCDM will be used to analyze the data and he results will be cross-examined by comparing with the elite athlete.
