本研究利用資料包絡曲線分析法(data envelopment analysis ;DEA)，來
分析我國臺灣地區省立醫院之經營效率。研究對象選擇國內22所省立醫
院,取其在全民建保實施後,從1995年到1996年間之營運資料,以四個投入
變數及四個產出變數。用LINDO軟體，藉由CCR及BCC模式進行我國省立醫
院經營效率之評估。本研究並針對評估之結果，對省立醫院內部經營管理
及主管機關政策制定提出建議，以提供相關單位參考。

This study aims to evaluate the operational efficiency of
Provincial Hospitals in Taiwan and analyze how managerial
performance was affected by hospitalinput factors. Twenty-two
provincial hospitals were selected as the study samples. We
collected their operation data from 1995 and 1996.Four input
variablesand four output variables are used. By implementing CCR
and BCC models with a LINDO software, the efficiency of
provincial hospitals is analyzed.
