This study integrated the resource of the organization including intranet, personality questionnaire, personnel data to create a system. Take personality questionnaire as the main tools of employee selecting. Collecting all the data of testing to create norm. Using the norm to interprete the meaning of score of test. The user can easily collectthe whole information by using the decision support system. Up to the help of the system, the data processor can save the timethat he used to spendind on data processing. The database of this system automatically deal with such trival work and turn the sourcr data into information to provide the usre integerated infomation with any effort.
