隨著時代的進步，資訊科技進步的迅速且複雜，資訊科技業已成為產
業環境中一必備的生存條件。人力是組織一寶貴的資源，如何有效的獲取
、保留與開發此一資源是人力規劃的重要課題，本研究利用資訊科技和心
理測驗的助益開發一人力選擇之輔助系統。 本研究整合個案公司
內部資源資源建立一員工遴選決策系統，其內部資源包括業已建構完成的
企業網路、人格特質量表、職務別、人事資料。本研究以人格量表為員工
招募遴選之主要工具，將公司員工受測所得的成績建立其常模。缺人部門
主管或人事部門於決定人選的過程中，系統將提供各應徵者的人事資料、
人格特質量表受測結果以及各部門的參照常模，以期能做出有效的決策，
而為公司尋得適當的人選；透過決策資源系統的啟用，並簡化員工遴選決
策之資訊收集作業，將資料處理作業交由系統之模式庫處理，以節省人力
作業程序。

The progress of information technology makes IT become the
essencialfactor to survive in the competitive market . Human
resource is preciousresource of th organization . How to get the
right person and keep him or him to stay in the organzation has
became the important issue of human resource planning ? This
study take the advantage of information technology and help of
physcholgical test to develop an employee-selectassinted system.
This study integrated the resource of the organization including
intranet, personality questionnaire, personnel data to create a
system. Take personality questionnaire as the main tools of
employee selecting. Collecting all the data of testing to create
norm. Using the norm to interprete the meaning of score of test.
The user can easily collectthe whole information by using the
decision support system. Up to the help of the system, the
data processor can save the timethat he used to spendind on data
processing. The database of this system automatically deal with
such trival work and turn the sourcr data into information to
provide the usre integerated infomation with any effort.
