  本研究以探討國軍志願役軍官中年危機是否存在及其主要來源為何?影響因素為何以及中年危機所產生的影響(本研究研究中年危機對離職傾向的影響)為主要目的。並探討是否會因為中年危機問卷的設計不同而影響作答結果。本研究發現結論有下幾點:
  1.中年危機問卷的設計明顯會影響作答結果,本研究認為將中年危機來源與危機感本身分開衡量較為妥當。
  2.中年危機確實存在於許多國軍志願役軍官中,並有一半以上的人認為生涯中有沒有中年危機的壓力,和身為職業軍人有高度的關係。
  3.國軍的中年危機來源是多樣性的,其中最多人認為忙碌的工作會影響與家人相處的時間。
  4.「身體健康狀況因素」「家庭因素」「自我內心的困惑」以及「對未來的不安定感因素」這四個構面為影響中年危機感的主要因素。
  5.「非上下班單位」平均上有較「上下班單位」高的自我危機感。而自認為本身績效表現愈不好的國軍志願役軍官其「中年危機感」愈強。
  6.大部分的人均希望能夠更換服務單位,但是卻不見得會選擇退伍。
  7.國軍志願役軍官的中年危機感與離職傾向有高度的正相關。而且不同內外控傾向、年齡、基本學歷以及軍種的國軍志願役軍官其中年危機感對離職傾向的影響會有所不同。
  This study will discuss whether the midlife crisis for voluntary military officers exist or not? And what are those main sources of midlife crisis? What are those influenced factor and what kinds of influence will happen? (This study discuss the influence of midlife crisis and the intention of turnover). Those are the main purposes of this study. And also research whether influence the result because of the different design of midlife crisis questionnaire. This study find the conclusion as follow:
  1.The design of midlife crisis questionnaire is apparently influence the result. This study shows it is better to divide the source of midlife crisis from the intention of midlife crisis。
  2.Midlife crisis did existed in many of the voluntary military officers in R.O.C.. More than half of them thought that midlife crisis are related closely with that they are voluntary military officers.
  3.The midlife crisis full of variety, the number one are hard working will take away the time that gather together with family.
  4.The midlife crisis caused by the main four factors, those factors come from:"the factor of health ","the factor of family"."the factor of conflict from their own mind "and "the factor of unsatisfy for the future".
  5.The voluntary military officer who working in the combat force will much worry about the crisis than those don''t. And the voluntary military officer who think he is bad performance also will much worry about the midlife crisis.
  6.Most of the officers willing to change the division but not to retire from the military service.
  7.There are obvious relation between the midlife crisis and the intention of turnover for voluntary military officers in R.O.C.. The influence of midlife crisis and the intention of turnover for voluntary military officers in R.O.C.. There will have different results between different locus of control, age, basic education and armed service.
