Facing the rapid and tremendous change, financial industry has to focus on promoting their competitive advantage and sounding their structure to assure the success in the future. Therefore, it is very important to make the clerks of financial industry present prosocial behaviors, such as organizational citizenship behavior, helping behavior. The present study investigates the relationship among Formalization, Role Stress, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Work Alienation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The findings of this study are as followings: 1. Formalization has positive impact on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 2. Formalization has negative impact on Work Alienation. 3. Role Stress has impact on Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 4. Role Stress has negative impact on Job Satisfaction. 5. Role Stress has positive impact on Work Alienation. 6. Organizational Commitment has impact on In-Role Behavior and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 7. Job Satisfaction has negative impact on Work Alienation. 8. Job Satisfaction has impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 9. Work Alienation has negative impact on In-Role Behavior and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Finally, based on the above findings, the present study gives suggestions in two different fields, concerning the financial industry and future study.
