The case study for job satisfaction of primary school teachers Abstract The major purposes of this study are: 1.to discuss the job satisfaction of primary school teachers; 2.to analyze the factors that affect job satisfaction of primary school teachers; 3.to realize the relationship among job satisfaction, public affairs and teaching performance; 4.the outcomes of this study offer educational authority and schools as reference. According to study purposes, this study contain qualitative study by way of two teachers'''' cases. I enter a primary school during study and collect materials by profound interview, non-participating observation and document analysis etc. At last, I compare and analyze the materials to obtain the outcomes. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows: 1.both are satisfied with current educational work, but different cases have individual satisfactory sources; 2.different cases have individual satisfactory degrees because of different estimate standard; 3.job satisfaction of both cases is not steady, it changes temporarily when situation is different; 4.at one school, different teachers have individual satisfaction in every work facet themselves; if individual satisfaction affects the whole job satisfaction, different teachers have individual outcomes; 5.the factors can conclude environment, people, work and intrinsic factors, but the same factors have different containings; 6.according to this study, there is no definite relationship between job satisfaction and performance, that affects each other; 7.different job satisfaction result from individual personality trait, age, sex, need, work expectation and work mission etc.
