本實驗之目的為探討以畜產副產品-豬肺臟粉末,取代部份魚粉作為瑪
拉巴石斑魚飼料之可行性.以豬肺粉末,大豆粕及米糠以氮碳比值(N/C
ratio)為 8:1 製作發酵豬肺粉末,發酵溫度為30℃,發酵時間以不超過40
小時為佳.以Aspergillus oryzae為種麴所製造的發酵豬肺粉粗蛋白含量
為40.22%,其氣味芳香無腥味.實驗飼料之粗蛋白含量為48%,發酵豬肺粉
末分別以0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%之比例取代飼料中的魚粉(意即
發酵豬肺粉末分別佔實驗飼料中粗蛋白含量之0%,2.49%,4.98%,7.47
%,9.96%,12.45%),共配製6組試驗飼料,能量均為350Kcal/100g,飼養初
重為20.9±6.72克之食用瑪拉巴石斑魚,經過 70天的飼養後,結果顯示以
控制組(全魚粉組)相對於其餘5組內含發酵豬肺粉末之飼料有較好的增重
率,飼料轉換率及表觀消化率.而且隨著發酵豬肺粉末取代飼料中魚粉之比
例增加,試驗石斑魚之肝體比值(HSI)及肝臟中的肝醣蓄積量有上升的趨
勢,足見石斑魚將發酵豬肺粉運用於合成體質的比例較低,分解為能量的比
例較高.由此可知,發酵豬肺粉末對石斑魚而言,相較於魚粉並非一良好的
取代性蛋白質源.但依此經驗,未來應用發酵廢棄物飼料於養殖飼料以及新
蛋白質源的開發時,應注意不同食性之魚類有不同飼料中蛋白質的需求,並
積極搭配各種不同發酵菌種及不同廢棄物以發酵之,以提高發酵產物中粗
蛋白含量與品質.
The experiment is to investigate the availability of by-
product of stockbreeding porcine lung powder as a protein source
to replace fish meal for Epinephelus malabaricus culture.
Fermentative lung powder was made of porcine lung,soybean meal
and rice bran,and its nitrogen/carbonratio was 8:1 for
fermentation conditions.Fermentation temperature of fermentative
lung powder was 30℃ and fermentation time of fermentative lung
powder was within 40 hours.The crude protein content of porcine
lung powder that treatment of porcinelung powder,soybean meal
and rice bran with Aspergillus oryzae was 40.22%,and
fermentative lung powder is fragrant and without offensive
smell. The content of crude protein in experimental diets is to
maintain 48 %.The experimental diets for Epinephelus
malabaricus devide into 6 groups.Addition of fermentative lung
powder to replace fish meal in experimental diets are 0 %,20
%,40 %,60 %,80% ,100% respectively.Energy content in
experimental diets is 350 Kcal/100g in all groups.The initial
net body weight of Epinephelus malaaricus is 20.90 ± 6.72g.
After feeding period of 70 days,the average percentage of fish
increasing wet body weight ; feed conversion ratio and apparent
digestibility of 6 treatments are significant,and the results
of the group of No.1 contains 0 % of fermentative lung powder
is the best among 6 experimental dietary groups.Fromthe view
point of HSI and Glycogen content of experimental fish as
theincreasing content of fermentative lung powder to replace
fish meal in experimental diets. At this point,we found that
Epinephelus malabrcus is less available to use fermentative
powder to construct its tissue,and to use fermentative powder as
energy is high. Thus,it is reasonable to conclude that
fermentative lung powder as a feedstuff for Epinephelus
malabaricus is not a better protein source.Following above
experimence,as dealing with fermentative by-product of
stockbreeding in artificial diet of aquaculture and the
development of new protein source,weshould pay attention to that
the different quality requirement of protein sourceamong various
kinds of fish with different dietary habbit.In view of this,we
may get advantage from fermented with kinds of fermentative
molds and by-product of stockbreeding to improve the quality of
dietary protein content in the future.
