摘要
貓蚤(Ctenocephalides felis (Bouch())成蟲對於cypermethrin、cyfluthrin、
carbaryl、propoxur、fenthion及chlorpyrifos的LC50分別為26.989 ug/cm2, 18.860
ug/cm2, 1.708 ug/cm2, 1.783 ug/cm2, 0.494 ug/cm2, 0.185 ug/cm2。貓蚤幼蟲對
fenthion、chlorpyrifos、cyfluthrin及cypermethrin的LC50分別是0.411 ug/cm2,
1.802 ug/cm2, 2.562 ug/cm2, 2.968 ug/cm2。Carbaryl及propoxur在最
高劑量的處理下仍
無法殺死半數以上供試的貓蚤幼蟲。
貓蚤幼蟲的酯於pH 7.5有最大的活性。貓蚤幼蟲的酯活性會隨溫
度增加而升高,但
是正常的生理反應溫度應該在27 0C。0.08隻/ml- 1隻/ml的酵素粗製液並
不會因酵素濃度差
異影響酯的活性。而酵素反應的時間從5-30分鐘,對於酯的活性並無
顯著的影響。十日
齡的三齡貓蚤幼蟲的酯活性最大,而6日齡的三齡貓蚤幼蟲的酯活性最低,12日齡的三
齡貓蚤幼蟲的酯活性可能因為正進入化蛹的過程而降低。
貓蚤幼蟲的酯組成為羧基酯佔61.92 %,膽鹼酯28.08 %,芳香酯佔10.00 %。
貓蚤幼蟲於接觸chlorpyrifos, propoxur及carbaryl後會抑制本身的酯活性。貓蚤
幼蟲於接觸cyfluthrin, cypermethrin, fenthion, chlorpyrifos後,其酯活性的頻率
分佈並無大的差異。但是接觸propoxur及carbaryl的頻率明顯的偏向低活性區。

Abstract
The insecticide susceptibility in cat flea adult and larvae, Ctenocephalides
felis (Bouch(), were examined in this experiment. The LC50s of cypermethrin,
cyfluthrin, carbaryl, propoxur, fenthion, and chlorpyrifos to adult cat flea
were 26.989 ug/cm2, 18.860 ug/cm2, 1.708 ug/cm2, 1.783 ug/cm2, 0.494 ug/cm2,
0.185 ug/cm2 respectively. The LC50s of fenthion, and chlorpyrifos, cyfluthrin,
and cypermethrin, to cat flea larvae were 0.411 ug/cm2, 1.802 ug/cm2, 2.562
ug/cm2, 2.968 ug/cm2, respectively. Carbaryl and
propoxur was unachievable in 50 % mortality in cat flea larvae even at the
highest concentration treatment.
The esterase in cat flea larvae showed the highest specific activities
at pH 7.5. The specific activities of esterase were temperature dependent,
the higher temperature the higher activity. But the reasonable
physical reaction
temperature should be at 27 0C. The enzyme concentration in the
reaction mixture
between 0.08-1 individual /ml gave the similar specific enzymatic activity. The
incubation period of reaction time between 5-30 minutes made no
different in the
specific enzymatic activity. The esterase specific activity in 10 days old 3rd
instar larvae had the highest activity and the 6 days old 3rd instar larvae had
the lowest activity. In the 12 days old 3rd instar larvae also had the lower
activity since the pupation proceeded.
The components of esterase activity in cat flea larvae, carboxylesterase,
cholinesterase and arylesterase, were 61.92 %, 28.08 % and
10.00 %, respectively.
The specific activities of esterase in cat flea larvae were suppressed by
by contacting to chlorpyrifos, propoxur and carbaryl. There were no significant
effects on enzymatic activity distribution in individual larva
after cyfluthrin,
cypermethrin, fenthion and chlorpyrifos treatment. But after treated propoxur
and carbaryl inhibited the esterase activity.
