NUOF曲線: NUOF曲線是一種參數化的曲線﹐由NUOF Series構成,因其 基礎函數是三角函數﹐故曲線的行為很容易為使用者掌握﹐如﹐曲線的斜 率﹐加速度(斜率的斜率)等﹐此外﹐NUOF曲線的使用彈性相當大﹐可以 做fitting也可以LS optimization在不同場合更可調整適當的頻率參數, 此外,NUOF曲線還可以作為CAD/ CAM與工具機的共同曲線模型﹐藉著曲線 參數的傳遞,便可完全正確的傳遞路徑資訊,不需中界碼(例,G code), 也沒有解譯的困擾。即時速度法路徑同動控制: 速度法路徑控制的主要 貢獻在將運動控制的"控制點"從傳統的"位置"換成"時間"﹐在路徑加速度 不是很大的條件下﹐速度法可以有較少的時間控制點﹐故而可以大量降低 控制的付出,因此降低了硬體的費用﹐如﹐pulse generation card, positioning control card等。 NUOF Curve : The NUOF curve is a kind of parametric curve, constructedwith NUOF series. For the reason that the base functionsare periodic tri-angular functions, the curve can easilybe computed and known by users. By the way, NUOF curvesown great flexibility that both curve fitting and Least-square optimal may be used and ,depending on one''s applica-tion , frequency parameters are able to adaptively tuned to gain extra- benefits.The NUOF Curves can also be used as a common math model be-tween Cad/Cam*s curve and multi-axis machine*s trajectory. By passing of NUOF parameters, all information were transported comple-tely and correctly. No inter-media codes ,such as G-code , are needed, nor code-translating problem occurs.Real-time Velocity-tuning Trajectory Control: The contribution of this control algorithm is to replace control points of traditionally "position" by "time". Under the constraint that the tra-jectory acceleration is bellow some value , this algorithm can drama- tically reduce the number of control points. It means that large control effort is saved , so is the hardware cost, such as pulse generation card, positioning control card ... etc.
