本研究以臭氧化進行氯酚之前處理,經臭氧化及未臭氧化之氯酚分別做為
馴養污泥的基質及模擬氯酚廢水,探討不同馴化條件下,微生物分解各種
預處理氯酚時,氯酚及TOC濃度的變化情形。選擇的氯酚類化合物有2-氯
酚、3-氯酚、4-氯酚及2,4-二氯酚,臭氧化過程的pH分別為3及10。 未
馴化污泥分解不同預處理條件氯酚的實驗顯示,未預處理之氯酚難以被生
物分解,而經預臭氧化後,四種氯酚的生物分解性都有增加,尤其以生物
最難分解的3-氯酚最為顯著。
未預臭氧與預臭氧基質所馴化的污泥,分別處理未預臭氧的四種氯酚,當
模擬廢水濃度為馴養濃度時,經預臭氧之氯酚所馴化的污泥能有較佳的分
解效果。經預臭氧化之氯酚基質所馴化的活性污泥,因含有較多樣的菌相
,而增加氯酚的分解效果。 經馴化的污泥,分別處理未預臭氧與經預
臭氧的四種氯酚,結果顯示,預臭氧與活性污泥相結合的系統,對氯酚及
TOC皆有較佳的處理效果,無論預臭氧化的條件為酸性或鹼性,均較直接
以活性污泥分解未臭氧化氯酚為佳。
單氯酚交錯分解之研究顯示,4-氯酚分解酵素有較廣大的專一性(broad
specificity),對三種單氯酚均具有去除能力。因此在分解單氯酚時,可
藉由4-氯酚分解酵素的存在,誘導另外兩種單氯酚分解酵素的產生。
This study investigated the effect of pre-ozonization of
chlorophenols (CPs) on biodegradation. Chlorophenols with and
without preozonization were used as substrate during acclimation
of activated sludge as well as simulated feeding water. 2-CP,
3-CP, 4-CP, and 2,4-DCP were chosen in this study. The ozonation
process was controlled at pH 3 and 10.
The experiment of decomposition varies pretreated CPs by using
activated sludge without acclimation showed the results as
following. CPs without acclimation are difficult to be
decomposed. However, the decomposition abilityof four kinds of
CPs increase obviously after pre-ozonization,especially 3-CP.
Activated sludge acclimated by pretreated and treated substrate
was used to deal with four kinds of unpretreated CPs. We
discovered that the pretreated sludge had better biodegration
effects when two experiments are under the samecondition. And
when the feeding water was further pretreated with ozone, either
under alkaline or acidic condition, removal efficiency was
increased.Combination system of pre-ozonization with biological
treatment was effectiveto simulated CPs wastewater treatment.
The cross-test experiment of mono-chlorophenols(MCPs) indicated
that 4-chlorophenol-lyase has broader specificity to decompose
MCPs. 4-CP-lyase has ability to decompose three kindsof MCPs.
Therefore, the existence of 4-CP-lyase can induce to produce
anotherlyases which can decompose the other two MCPs.
