 本試驗以‘豐香’草莓(Fragaria ananassa cv. Toyonoka)為材料,探討定植後耕犁深度、微生物處理、育苗期之氣溫與根溫、45℃溫水處理對定植後植株生長之影響。結果如下:
(1)未處理微生物之試區,耕犁深度60分分時有增加葉片數的趨勢;50與60公分之耕犁深度可增加果實數量及重量。EM-1微生物液劑,可促進深度30公分植株之葉片乾物重、根數及根乾物重等,且增加果實數量及重量。CM-α微生物液劑,只有在耕犁深度30公分之處理區對果實數量及重量較對照組有增加的趨勢。EM-1+CM-α微生物液劑對各種耕犁深度處理草莓之地上及地下部生長沒有明顯影響,其果實數量及重量則有減少現象。
 (2)草莓苗株在育苗期及定值期間接種Glomus etunicatum、Glomus mosseae及Gigaspora gigantea三種菌根菌,其葉長、葉片數、葉面積、冠芽直徑、葉乾物重、根乾物重、根數及根總長、開花率、花朵數、果實成熟率、果實重量及數量和對照組比較,沒有明顯影響。
 (3)25/20℃之日溫/夜溫處理可促進葉長及葉面積的增加;20/15℃促進葉乾物重及冠芽直徑的增加;15/13℃促進根數及根乾物重的增加;30/25℃地上及地下部生長均差。
 不同氣溫及根溫處理,21/22℃及18/20℃可促進葉片數、總葉面積、冠芽植徑、新根數、根乾物重、根長度及根直徑生長。27/26℃及24/24℃對生長有負面影響。
 (4)穴植管苗以45℃溫水處理,30-50分鐘組在定植3天後,植株未展葉逐漸褐化乾枯及成熟葉在10天後出現褐斑及紅斑,隨處理時間增加而趨嚴重。各處理組於定植二週後生長勢逐漸恢復,四週後處理組與對照無顯著影響。
  Effects of depth of tillage, treatments of microorganisms, treatments of air and root temperature, 45℃ warm water on ''Toyonoka'' Strawberry (Fragaria ananassa cv. Toyonoka) have been studied. The results are as following:
  (1)Tillage of 60 cm depth increased number of leaves. The plots of 50 cm and 60 cm tillage resulted in more fruits and higher fruit weight than that of 30 cm. Among plots of microorganisms treatments, EM-1 treatment in combination with 30 cm tillage enhanced leaf dry weight, root number, root dry weight, number of fruits, and fruit weight, whereas CM-α treatment resulted in more fruit number and heavier weight than the plot without microorganisms treatment. Combination of EM-1+ CM-α mix decreased fruit number and weight.
  (2)Runners inoculated with three kinds of mycorrhizal fungi, Glomus etunicatum, Glomus mosseae and Gigaspora gigantea during transplanting depicted no significant influence on length, and number of leaves, leaf area, crown diameter, leaf dry weight, root dry weight, root number and total length. After transplanting, no significant effects on flowering percentage, flower number, fruit mature percentage, fruit number and weight have been observed.
  (3)Runners grown under 25/20℃ (day/night temperature) condition resulted in higher leaf length and total leaf area. Leaf weight and crown diameter were enhanced at 20/15℃. Root number and root weight were increased at 15/13℃. 30/25℃ treatment was harmful to plant growth.
  21/22℃ and 18/20℃ treatments resulted in an increase of leaf number, total leaf area, crown diameter, new root number, root dry weight, root length, and root diameter, while 27/26 and 24/24℃ treatments showed negative effects.
  (4)Runners grown in dibbling tubes are treated with 45℃ warm water. The unexepanding leaves in 30-50 min, plots wilted 3 days after transplanting. The mature and full expanded leaves showed brown and red spots 10-14 days after transplanting. Runners had been progressively recovered during two weeks after planting. After four weeks, less differences among treated and control plots could be observed.
