In this paper we present a system to detect blobs on paper roll by MaxVideo 20
0, a pipeline image processor designed by Datacube Inc. By using image process
or we can do complex application and get more information than using only con
trollers. Our system is a real-time inspection system and muchfaster than usin
g only software. Our system is robust and collects moreinformation than other
systems, thus further application can be easilydeveloped.
