地下電纜突波電流所導致之磁場耦合感應、副線阻抗平衡度、以及接地措施等之研究。在感應電壓方面,乃以花蓮、花市、花港變電所地下輸電系統為實際案例,量測輸電線產生突波電流對鄰近副線電纜耦合效應之感應波形,來分析副線系統誤動作之原因,同時應用EMTP程式模擬未來此系統完全地下化後,其感應電壓與循環電流的關係,評估地下電纜的排列方式與接地措施所可能造成的影響,以減少接地事故對系統的衝擊。此外,本論文亦模擬電容器組投入所導致的暫態現象以及輸電線發生單相接地故障所引發的突波效應,並且提出改善方法。至於阻抗平衡度方面,乃建立了副線芯線對阻抗平衡度量測方法,並進行了一些現場實測。另外,也發展接地棒間地電位耦合之測試方法,並討論副線系統的接地方式,而針對副線系統誤動作問題,本研究乃提出一些改善對策作為參考。
The contents of this thesis include the following: the magnetic field indu-ction from the surge currents of the underground cables, common-mode impedance balance of pilot-wire pairs, and grounding practices. For the magnetic field i-nduction, the underground transmission systems of Hualain, Huashi, and Huagoa substations in eastern Taiwan are examined to find the reasons causing some fa-ult responses of the pilot-wire systems in those substations. In those examina-tion, the induced voltages in the pilot wires due to the coupling effects of t-he surge currents in the underground transmission circuits adjacent to the pil- ol cables are measured. Some remidies for the fault tripping problems are prop-osed. Also, the EMTP is applied to simulate the relationship between induced v-oltages and zero-sequence currents in both partially-filled and completely-fil-led underground conduit systems. Furthemore, the effects of the arrangements a-nd grounding of underground cables are evaluated to mitigate the impact of the grounding faults to the power system. Besides, transient phenomena due to the use of the shunt capacitor banks, and surge effects caused by single line-to-ground faults in a transmission system are simulated. As for the common-mode i-mpedence balance, a method is developed to measure impedance deviations withineach pilot-wire pair, and some field tests are performed. In addition, this th-esis also develops approachs for testing ground potential coupling between gro-unding rods, and discusses the grounding methods of the pilot system.
