本研究主要之目的是希望能建立出一套液化分析之地理資訊系統來幫助進
行液化震災之防範及協助解決大地工程上之問題,首先本研究為達研究目
的,經由評估各種不同液化分析之方法,尋求一個最準確之分析方法,經
與現地14個地震,34個地點79筆記錄與研究比較結果,以
Tokimatsu(1983)之分析方法做a常數修正時可達93%之預測準確率。故本
研究經分析評估後在系統建立了三個主要液化分析模式,分別為
Seed(1985)、Iwasaki(1982)及Tokimatsu(1983)之分析方法,經由分析得
到出台北之液化潛能圖。經分析結果,若不考慮非液化覆土層厚度之影響
,發現幾乎整個台北市在4回歸週年規模7.5之強震之下,幾乎均處於中液
化狀態,其中又以社子島地區最為嚴重,台北市唯有七個區域無液化之虞
,由本資訊系統之GeoMap程式之剖面系統輔助,進行地層研判發現不液化
區均位於台北市三、五次層尖滅或具有上部礫石層地區,而液化區均位於
第五次層砂土分佈區域,故經由液化地理資訊分析系統之建立,可迅速有
效的評核出台北地區之高液化潛能區,達到事前防災之目的。
The major aim of this research is based on the development
of Geographic Information System which is in order to
support, keep a lookout of the liquefacient risk and also by
the way to solve civil engineering problem.At first, it will
reach the aim by analysis each different type liquefaction
dissection method.
According to the comparison of 79 recording data which was taken
from 14 earthquakes in 34 sites, all data were taken a constant
on Tokimatsu (1983)''sdissection method to revise the
anticipated accuracy in result of above 93%.Therefore, after
analysis and evaluation, this system develops three
majorliquefaction dissection models such as Seed(1985),
Iwasaki(1982) and Tokimatsu(1983), This research will dissect
those data and draw the liquefactionpotential map of Taipei
city. During the process of analyzing result, withoutthe effect
of depth in non-liquefaction cover layer, it found out that
whole Taipei city under the strong shock M=7.5 degree at
475-year return period of artificial earthquakes,is almost in
the moderate liquefaction condition, Further, it seems to be the
most serious in the Sherge Land area moreover, there are only 7
areas in Taipei city without taking the risk of liquefaction.
Taking the advantage of the profile drawing system of this
GeoMap informationprogram, the result is the non-liquefaction
area all located in the Third orFifth layer dismissing or the
area with upper part gravel layer. Theliquefaction area almost
located in the Fifth sandy soil layer. In brief, by developing
and dissecting system of liquefaction geographical information
system, it can be able to dissect efficiently the liquefaction
area in Taipeicity for the sake of the purpose of protection
from the liquefacient risk.
