提要(中) 本研究主要在應用專案管理技術建立一套電腦輔 助印刷排程 系統的雛型,此套電腦排程系統主要目的 是用來解決目前業界所 遇到的排程上的兩個問題,一 為印前與印刷的工作之間不容易兼 顧,另一個問題為 無法預知將遭遇的生產瓶頸。而適用的對象主 要為少 量多樣之平版印刷業為主。 由於過去對於印刷業 生產排程的研究中,大都著重在應用分 批式生產(Job shop production)的排程法則來做研究,且僅以 單一 製程為範圍,來探討印刷上的排程問題。然而本研究中發現 ,印刷業的生產排程適合以整體生產流程來安排,且必須能應付 生產過程中相當高的不確定性,也就是隨時會有改變生產安排的 情況發生,如客戶臨時的要求、或急件的安插等,因此在印刷業 生產的排程中,對於無法做整體製作流程的安排與不容易變更原 來排程結果的排程方式,並不太適用。因此,本研究嘗試以專案 管理技術所建立之電腦輔助排程系統,來解決目前印刷排程工作 上所面臨的問題。 在研究最後的模擬排程實驗結 果中發現,此套應用專案管理 技術所建立之輔助印刷 排程系統雛型,在個案印刷公司的印件排 程模擬實驗 中,的確能按照所預期的排程功能來安排出適當的排 程結果。此種排程的方式是依照電腦算出所需的排程資訊,藉以 提供該公司管理人員作為排程決策上的參考,進而達到符合交貨 期的條件限制下完成排程工作的目的。 提要(英) The purpose of this study was to develop a computer aided printing production scheduling system through pro- ject management technique. The purpose of this computeri- zed scheduling system is to solve two scheduling problems that printing industry has encountered. One is the manag- ing difficulty between prepress and production, the other is the unpredictable production bottleneck. And the target audience will be the off-set printing industry of small quantity but various prints. According to the research of printing production sche- duling in the past, most of the researches are focus on application job shop production scheduling for solving the problems of the printing scheduling. However, This resear- ch found there are quiet instability exist during the printing production, that means the production scheduling is going to be changed any time by any cases, such as, the last minute call from the customers, or the schedule changed for the urgent prints and so on. Therefore, it is not suitable to use the production scheduling which is not easy for schedule changing. This thesis research is going to try the computer aided printing production scheduling system through project management technique to solve the printing production scheduling that have facing now a days. This research discovered the result of my experimental test of this prototype of computerized printing production scheduling aids system of scheduling project management technology is very excited. In a simulated production ex- periment of a printer, it really do calculate the produc- tion data information as I expected in a single case study. It became the reference for the production management personnel to manage the printing production. Furthermore, it can reach the condition of the delivery requirement and completed the job within the production schedule.
