台灣山區河川大多為短促而陡急,再加上暴雨或颱風之侵害,
上游坡地極易造成嚴重之沖刷,故為減少上游河川泥砂之侵蝕,進
而在適當之地點建築攔砂壩以阻擋泥砂、穩定河床,此為重要之水
土保持工作。攔砂壩之主要功用在為阻攔上游砂石之下移,在其淤
滿後可緩和河床之坡度、減低流速,進而控制上游泥砂來源,以保
護下游及兩岸之安全,但其攔砂壩之建築仍須考量河川之自然條件
影響,對於河床狀況、淤砂粒徑、上游形勢需事先加以分析,故對
攔砂壩之構築規畫設計上應審慎研究,並經由分析結果來選擇適當
之地點構築攔砂壩。
本研究先以定床之分析攔砂壩上游水理現象,率定流量之穩定
性,並進一步推估攔砂壩上游水流狀況,再以細砂(d50=0.265mm)
舖於渠槽上,進行沖刷動床實驗。由實驗中,觀測攔砂壩上游之淤
砂過程及地形之變化,以求得淤砂丘段之淤積情形及攔砂壩淤滿前
之淤砂變化。另就淤砂坡度、淤滿時間、流量、壩高與原坡度之關
係等,探討攔砂壩上游淤砂坡度與各項影響淤砂因子間之關係,再
經由比較前人現場經驗式,分析各項淤砂因子間之相關性,並配合
本實驗渠道之定床、動床實驗加以驗證,以推求其相關之經驗公式,
盼能對攔砂壩之規畫或設計上得到一個合理之參考依據。


The Main function of Sabo dam is to prevent sediments from moving down. After the silting begins to overflow, the slope of riverbed will be eased up, flow speed can be slow down and therefor the safety of the downstream of river and the riverbank can then be ensured. However, we still have to take natural conditions of river into consideration in the construction processes of Sabo dam. The conditions of riverbed, the representative diameter of sediments, and the upstream situations of river should all have to be analyzed in advance. Thus, the designs for the construction of Sabo dam shall be studied and examined prudently. And the determination on the location of Sabo dam should be based upon the results from these analyses.
At first, a series of experimental tests are performed to analyze the phenomena of flow in upper reaches on a rigid bed, in order to calibrate the flow discharge. A layer of fine sand (d5o=0.265mm) is then paved on the test flume to conduct the moving bed experiments. From the experimental results) we can also observe and measure the processes of silting and the variation of a moving terrain, which is formed as the sediments moving toward the Sabo dam.
Furthermore, we examine the importance of different factors, which affect the silting processes, such as the slope of sludge, the time as the sediments begins to overflow, flow discharge, the height of Sabo dam and the ratio between the final and the original slope of the upstream. Then we compare our results with former researchers and coordinate the results of the rigid bed and moving bed in order to achieve a reasonable basis for the designs of Sabo dam.
