摘 要

光學設備、影像擷取系統及雷射量測技術皆為研發尖端武器不可或缺之工具,但如何正確使用及系統整合是非常重要的。本文透過採用相關之光學儀器、影像擷取及雷射量測技術完成兩項研究計畫,養成使用先進科學儀器設備及系統整合之能力。
有關第一項研究計畫「折射率改變對相差都卜勒粒徑量測的效應之理論與實驗研究」之主要目標為:以理論計算及實驗量測,研究折射率改變對相差都卜勒粒子動力分析儀在量測噴霧粒子之粒徑的效應;此外,對於已知粒徑的工作流體,利用相差都卜勒粒子動力分析儀反向量測液滴之折射率,再根據液體折射率與溫度關係推算液滴溫度其可行性之研究。
第二項研究計畫「熱氣泡噴墨印頭之流場數值模擬及噴墨觀測」之主要目標為:運用光學方法與可視化技巧,觀測熱氣泡噴墨印頭在不同的設定操作條件下,其噴墨液滴離開噴嘴前後之實際形狀與演變過程,以供作他人進行數值模擬時之驗證。藉由此計畫之執行成果,期能提供有關製作噴墨印頭及設計噴嘴時參考之依據,確實掌握關鍵技術,進而提昇我工業科技水準。
本研究整體目標為如何有效整合光學儀器、影像擷取及雷射量測技術,以培養主導尖端武器系統各介面整合之能力。
ABSTRACT

Optical facilities, image capturing system and laser measuring technology are all the necessary tools for re-searching and developing advanced weapon systems, however how to use the tools correctly and integrate them are very important. By using the relevant optical instru-ments, image capturing and laser measuring technologies to complete two programs for diciplining the abilities to use the advanced scientific facilities and integrate the systems are the purposes of this study.
The main objective of the first program is to study the effects of changing the refractive index on a Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer theoretically and experimentally. Moreo-ver, to develop a new concept or technique for measuring the droplet temperature in high temperature and moving situa-tion is also the goal of the present study.
The main objective of the second program is to observe the ink droplet''s actual forms and evolving processes which ejected from the nozzle exit of a topshooter thermal bubble inkjet printhead under different operating conditions by us-ing the optical methods and visualization technique, in order to provide the required data for the verification in numerical simulation which is done by the other research group. In accordance with the results of implementing this program, we except that we have the abilities to provide some refer-ences about inkjet printhead manufacturing and nozzle de-sign, then to establish the key technologies and furthermore to promote the industrial sciences and technologies level.
The entire goal of the present study is how to integrate optical instruments, image capturing and laser measuring technologies effectively, in order to establish the abilities for guiding interface integrations on advanced weapon sys-tems.
