A hot subject which people concern about recently is the effect on human's health exposed to the magnetic field. The magnetic influence on human's health is not very clear so far, but it is worth to be paid attention by us.Now, there are a lot of ELF( Extremely Low-Frequency) electric appliances in buildings in Taiwan, e.g. fluorescent lamps, air-conditioners, computers... etc. These electric appliances could generate some composite magnetic field in buildings. It may result in an influence on the people who are used to stay in the buildings for a long time. The point of emphasis in this thesis is the measurement and analysis of 3-D magnetic field. For lack of human power, we use the sampling method in this thesis; the sampling objects are the buildings in teaching campus and some outdoor recreation zones in Feng Chia university. We measure the spatial magnetic field in those certain buildings with aid of an accurate ELF flux density meter and record the results. A "five-test-point protocol " method which can efficiently analyze the source of spatial magnetic field in buildings is presented. Therefore, test results and analysis are reported in this thesis. This information of measurement will offer references for the professionals, it also can let people know the condition of spatial magnetic field distribution. Besides, we use statistical method and control chart to summarize and strike out the data of measurement. Then using these data to establish a modeling of natural population probability density function. The model can estimate the probability which the magnetic field may occur in some distance. This will help people to understand the spatial magnetic field in advance.
