近年來有關物流中心的研究越來越多，但對物流中心實際績效相關研究的探討，卻仍少見。本研究主要探討物流中心類型與生產力績效評估標準的相關性，所以對物流中心先做一適當分類是必須的，並篩選出合理的績效衡量標準，有適當的分類及評估標準，才能夠有效判斷物流中心績效的優劣。然後針對研究目的，瞭解目前國內各種物流中心在「生產力績效評估標準」的實際實施情況，並進一步探討各物流中心對「生產力績效評估標準」的重視程度。在經過問卷調查及資料整理後，採用的適的統計方法，進行分析。而分析結果發現： 一、本研究根據國內學者專家對物流中心的分類，提出八項分類因素。 二、不同類型物流中心對「生產力績效評估構面」的實施情況。 不同投資金額的物流中心，對「採購作業」實施績效評估的情況，有顯著性差異。不同服務顧客對象的物流中心，對「非作業方面評量」實施績效評估的情況，有顯著性差異。 三、不同類型物流中心對「生產力績效評估指標」的實施情況(1)不同投資金額的物流中心，在「平均每車配送量」及「離職率」的實施情況，有顯著性差異。(2)不同傳統行業別的物流中心，在「庫存週轉率」及「缺貨率」的實施情況，有顯著性差異。(3)扮演不同通路角色的物流中心，在「短缺率」及「進貨不良率」的實施情況，有顯著性差異。(4)不同服務顧客對象的物流中心，在「碼頭使用率」、「進出貨時間率」、「儲位容積使用率」、「每訂單的揀貨成本」、「離職率」及「營業支出與營業額比率」這六項指標的實施情況，有著性差異。(5)配送不同產品型態的物流中心，在「庫存週轉率」及「臨時工比率」的實施情況，有顯著性差異。四、不同類型物流中心對「生產力績效評估指標」的重視程度 (1)不同傳統行業別的物流中心，對「儲區面積率」、「庫存週轉率」及「缺貨率」的重視程度，有顯著性差異。(2)扮演不同通路角色的物流中心，對「碼頭使用率」、「平均每日訂單數」、「進貨不良率」及「每人單位時間的揀取訂單數」的重視程度，有顯著性差異。(3)當物流中心擁有「通路功能-商流作業」時，對「平均每人配送量」的重視程度，有顯著性差異。(4)配送不同產品型態的物流中心，對「盤點金額(數量)誤差率」、「臨時工比率」及「出貨品成本佔營業額比率」的重視程度，有顯著性差異

In recent years, the studies of Distribution Center are getting popular in Taiwan, because Distribution Center plays a key role in modern business. Although, in Taiwan, there are few studies that discuss about the performance of Distribution Center. Before measuring the practical performance of Distribution Center, it''s necessary to select suitable and reasonable evaluation criteria. Therefore, the study wants to understand what performance evalu-ation criteria are used, and what performance evaluation criteria are important. Further, realizing whether the types of Distribu- tion Center will influence to adopt evaluation criteria or not. Data collection of the study is conducted by questionaries. Totally thirty firms answer this questionaries.The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. Adopting evaluation criteria will influence by the types of Distribution Center. That is, fourteen evaluation indexes have significant differences on five classified-factors of Distribution Center. 2. The importance of evaluation criteria will influence by the types of Distribution Center. That is, eleven evaluation indexes have significant differences on four classified-factors of Distribution Center.
