The main objectives of this study were to investigate the analysis of strategic group within the industry, and the effect of different strategic groups on the establishment of ISO international standard management system and competitive advantage. Through an extensive study of literature, ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 were selectedfrom ISO international standard and for competitive advantage ten variables werechosen as the core of this study. We use quantitative research by surveying with focus group. The results were shown in the following: 1. Three strategy-oriented strategy groups existed in the aero-space industry, including defend-control, react-follow, and prospect-innovate groups.2. The performance of after and before the establishment of ISO international standard management system, there were significant influence and difference between various strategy groups and competitive advantage.3. It was also found that most of them no significant relation between the performance of competitive advantage, and the time and timing for the establishment of ISO international standard management system.
