In order to understand the in-service education and the influencial
facfactors of agricultural teachers in Vocational High Schools, this research is made to explore the situation of teachers'' ages,teachers''family loading ,support from schools,content of curriculum,arrangement of time,encouragingincentive of in- service education,in-service education aspiration,and to examinethe causal relationship among these factors.Through clusterproportion randomsampling method and statistic analysis of frequency,percentage and multipleregression,the results of the study showed that support from school,content of curriculum, arrangement of time encouraging incentive of in-service education have positive significant effects for the in-service education aspiration ofagricultural teachers in Vocational High Schools.Among them the support fromschool is the most important effect.In the meanwhile ,both the teachers'' agesand teachers'' family loading have negative significant effects for the in- service education aspiration.Therefore,I suggest that we can start to promote in-service education aspiration of agricultural teachers in VocationalHigh Schools through these finding.
