Owing to Taiwan security market go prosperity everyday. Many institutes relate to security go setting. But those institutes face the difficulty of searching for good staff. So they invite the Taiwan Stock Exchange Co.'s staff to join them.This research aim at the basic workers of Taiwan Stock Exchange Co. and come into the conclusion by questionnaire, setting out 350 volumes and receiving 228 volumes, deleting out 31 volumes of no use, receiving 197 volumes of use, The research aim at Taiwan Stock Exchange Co.'s basic workers, and use the One-way ANOVA and Pearson relation method, to find out the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction, and get those conclusions:The job satisfaction degree of Taiwan Stock Exchange Co.'s basic workers is common. The most satisfactory is salary, The lowest satisfactory is promotion. Different kind of sex, ape, education and career hare significant relationship with job itself satisfaction.Different kind of education and career have significant relationship with salary satisfaction.Different kind of sex, age, education career and degree have significant relationship with promotion satisfaction.Different kind of age, education and career have significant relationship with supervisor satisfaction.Different kind of sex, age, marriage and education have significant relationship with staff satisfaction.Different kind of sex, age and career have significant relationship with whole satisfaction.In general each dimension of job characteristics have the positive significant relationship with each dimension of job satisfaction and the ordinal is variety, autonomy, identity, cooperation, feedback and friendship.
