隨著科技的進步和網際網路的普及﹐改變了人類生活與消費習慣。IC
卡-塑膠貨幣﹐也因此被人們所重視。
本文係針對IC卡﹐就其系統架構﹑資料存取權限加以解釋說明。另以IC卡
保密功能的理論基礎-密碼學﹐對IC卡的安全控管架構加以詳細說明﹐以
顯現IC卡高安全性的特色。
最後﹐為配合IC卡在網際網路上的應用﹐利用DES和RSA加密演算法來設計
一套"連線更新作業系統"﹐以達到下列需求:
1. 資訊的機密性。
2. 資料的完整性。
3. 合法連線使用者的身份認證。
4. 資料的不可否認性。
期望本系統的架構對於IC卡結合網際網路的認證有所幫助。

With the advance of technology and the currency of Internet,
the life and consumer habit of people has been changed. Because
of this, IC Cards - plastic money are noticed by people. This
paper focused on the FISC IC Card, we explain the system
architecture, data accessed condition.
About the fundamental theory of IC Card secrecy function --
Cryptosystem theory, we explaining clearly about the IC Card
secrecy control architecture to emphasize the high security
property of IC Card.
Finally, in order to accommodate the application on Internet, we
have used DES and RSA encryption algorithm to design a system
called "the Remote Update Operation" to meet the following
requests ﹕
1. the secrecy of Information.
2. the integrity of data.
3. the authentication of legal connecting users.
4. the nonrepudiation of data.
We expect this system architecture can help the combining of IC
Card and authentication of Internet .
