自行車成車的技術主要是車架的設計及外型的設計，就車架的設計而言除
了必須考慮零件的配合性、製造技術及外觀的搭配外，若能配合人因工程
原理的導入，則所設計出之自行車，將可使自行車設計朝向為人性化之騎
乘而設計。人類因素在設計決策過程中，主要目標在於解決人機關係上的
問題，如能透過對使用族群，針對他們特殊之身體尺寸特徵，為使用者騎
乘性及舒適度、、等來設計適切之自行車，那麼以關心來為出發點的人性
設計將可以照顧更多消費者。 本研究將針對，過內自行車使用族群做
分群從兒童、青少年、青年到老年，在這些使用族群中年齡層主要分佈從
七~八歲到十五~六十歲，其身體之體格因年齡層不同會產生較明顯的差異
，身高長徑的變化因使用者差異性，使在操作上的舒適性、便利性、機能
性、安全性的需求會有所不同。本研究將藉由量測使用者之身體尺寸及關
節變化角度統計分析後，建立自行車設計技術資料庫，再由統計運算分析
出適合族群中使用者騎乘的車體結構。

The frame design and shape design are the major bicycle forming
technology. To frame design , it has to considered about the
suitability between each spare parts , the manufacturing
technology and the frame also has to be suitable for bicycle
appearance. If the design also can be considered about the human
factor . then this bicycle design will be toward pleasure riding
to people. During the proceeding of how to design a bicycle ,
the factor of human is put in to solve the problem between human
and bicycle People who ride bicycle are divided into four
groups in this research , and they are children, teenagers youth

distributing from several level , and their body structure are
abviously different , Definitely speaking , their different
height will change , their request for comfort , conveninence ,
