摘 要
本研究主要在探討汽車零件材料以粉末冶金法製造可否達到實際使用狀況
下所需的 機械性質,並探討各種表面處理技術,如滲碳熱處理
、珠擊、滲銅及無電鍍鎳等,對粉 末冶金法製品的機械性質與
顯微組織的影響。
實驗結果顯示,A組成的粉末經過4.2ton/cm2的成形壓力,1150℃的燒結
溫度以及 90分鐘的燒結時間,所獲得強度、硬度、延伸率、衝
擊值以及密度都是最高,分別為53.8kg f/mm2,HRB95.2、2.8%
、2.41kgfm/cm2、6.90g/cm3,若再經滲碳熱處理,則強度與硬度
都會提高, 分別為71.9kgf/mm2,HRC38,但延伸率與衝擊值卻會降低,
為0.3%,0.89kgfm/cm2, 至於密度則是略微增加為6.93g/cm3,若再經
過珠擊處理,則所獲得的強度,硬度,延伸率, 衝擊值以及密度都
會略微提高,分別為72.2kgf/mm2,HRC38.5,0.35%,0.93kgfm/cm2,
6.94g/cm3,若再經滲銅處理,則強度會明顯下降,為51.0kg/mm2,但硬
度、延伸率 、衝擊值以及密度都會提高,分別為
HRC40.5,2%,2.75kgfm/cm2,7.59g/cm3, 若再經無電
鍍鎳處理,則硬度會上升,為HV572,再加以400℃1小時的熱處理,硬度達
最大值,為HV1085。


Abstract
Automobile*s materials made by P/M method having the mechanical
properties needed in using situation were investigated in the
study . Besides , the influence of the surface
treatment technologies , such as carburizing, shot
peening, copper infiltration and electroless nickel plating ,
on mechanical properties and microstructure of P/M
products was studied. The
experimental results showed that sintered parts made by powder
composition of A , compaction pressure of 4.2t/cm2, sintering
temperature 1150℃and sintering time 90 minutes had
the best properties on strength , hardness ,
elongation , impact energy and density , their value were
53.8kg/mm2,HRB 95.2,2.8%, 2.41kgfm/cm2, 6.90g/cm3. If the
sintered parts having the best properties dealed
with carburizing , strength and hardness would promote
to 71.9kg/mm2 and HRC 38 . On the other side , elongation
and impact energy would decrease to 0.3% and 0.89kgfm/cm2. As
for density would slight increase to 6.93g/ cm3. If
the carburizing parts dealed with shot peening,
the strength , hardness , elongation , impact energy and
density would slight increase to 72.2 kg/mm2,HRC
38.5,0.35%,0.93kg-m/cm2, 6.94g/cm3. If the shot
peening parts dealed with copper infiltration , the
strength would drastic decrease to 51.0kg/mm2. But the hardness,
elongation,impact energy and density would promote to HRC 40.5 ,
2.0%, 2.75kg-m/cm2, 7.59g/cm3. If the copper
infiltration parts dealed with electroless nickel
plating , the hardness would increase to HV572 .
If the electroless nickel plating parts dealed with 400℃1hour
heat treatment, the hardness would drastic increase to
HV1085.
