Injection molding is now used to mold precision parts such as lenses .The quality of molding is mainly controlled by the post-filling stage. In this thesis, a major rule based on Taguchi Quality Engineering design, and analyzes the process in the In Injection Compression Molding for the optimal processing parameters, Injection Compression Molding(ICM)is on a traditional Injection Molding machine equiped with compressional cylinder , it increases a compressed step in post-filling stage. This experiment designed a shut-off device front the mold. According to Taguchi experimental design, By using L Orthogonal Array, we choices ten governing factors to analyze the process in the Injection Compression Molding, through the Injection process on the spot. It can obtain the data associated with this experiments to proceed ANOVA analysis, and draw ANOVA Array, response graph of factor effect, and contribution rate of each controllable factor. Finally, to find the optimal forming condition.
