This thesis attempts to analysis Taiwan's industrial structure and its changes of the Deductive Political Economy.There are four parts in this thesis.Thefirst part of the thesis is entirely devoted to what is now called the theoryof services economy areas.There is no single theory about services analysis. The basic concept of services is "unproductive labour". In the second part ofthis thesis we discuss issues relating to the process that leads to economicprogress. Problems that are studied in this part are the de-industrialization,services functions, industrial hollowing out,and the degree of externalization.The third part leads us straight into an issue that has become topical aboutthe serivces trade and GATS rule.As the reader will discover, the comparativeadvantages of world services trade becomes more important to the developedcountries, and the developing ones .The final part is dealing with the transitionof Taiwan's services economization. We discuss the development problems and advantages for the services sector. We also focus on issues relating to thefuture of service relation and Taiwan's economic progress.
