本研究旨在探討高中生的生活適應及其家庭相關因素,研究目的
有三:一、了解青少 年在高中階段的生活適應情形;二、探討家庭相
關因素與高中生生活適應的關係;三、提 供學校導師及輔導人員對高
中生生活適應輔導的建議。本研究採取問卷調查法,以臺中地 區高中
一年級學生為樣本母體,共計選取五校454名學生,以自編之「高中生生
活適應問 卷」為研究工具,運用 t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜
積差相關、逐步迴歸分析等統 計方法來分析。 研究結果發現:一
、高中生的生活適應困擾以「升學就業困擾」最嚴 重,其次為「學業
困擾」,再其次為「自我困擾」。最不困擾高中生的問題依序為「家庭
困擾」、「休閒娛樂困擾」、「人際困擾」。二、家庭關係對高中生生活
適應有顯著正面 的影響。三、家庭相關因素與高中生生活適應有顯著
相關存在,家庭氣氛、性別、學業成 績、親子溝通等四個變項能有效
預測高中生的生活適應,可解釋高中生生活適應總變異量 22.55%。四
、男、女高中生在生活適應沒有顯著差異,但在「人際困擾」、「健康困
擾」 、「異性交友困擾」、「自我困擾」、「經濟困擾」、「情緒困
擾」、「休閒娛樂困擾」 方面有顯著差異。五、學業成績優良的高中
生,其生活適應最好,而且與學業成績低劣者 有顯著差異。六、住在
家裡與住在外面的高中生不論在生活適應或各類生活適應困擾上都 沒
有顯著差異。七、不同出生序的高中生不論在生活適應或各類生活適應困
擾上都沒有顯 著差異。八、母親為職業婦女與母親為家庭主婦的高中
生不論在生活適應或各類生活適應 困擾上都沒有顯著差異。 研究
者並依據上述研究發現提出幾點建議以供參考。
The main purpose of this resear ch is to identify the
relationship betweenf amilyfactors and senior high schoo l
students'''' life-adjustment. By using theQu estionnaireSurvey,
he number of sa mples of this study is 454 students, who ar e
selected from five senior high sc hools in Taichung Area. The
"Senior High S chool Students'''' Life-Adjustment Ques
tionnaire" was designed to measure the li fe-adjustment of
senior high school s tudents . The returned questionnaire dat
a were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANO VA , Pearson product-
moment correlation , and stepwise regression analy-sis.
The main findings of this study are a s follows:1.The most
serious life-adjust ment problems of senior high school s
tudents are "curriculum problem","self-c oncept problem".
Senior high school students had less problems in"family
probl em", "entertainment problem", and " interpersonal
problem".2.Family relationshi p has significant effect on senior
high school students'''' life- adjustment.3.Fa mliy factors are
significantly co rrelated to senior high school students''''
life - adjustment, and could explain 22.55% of the variance
of senior high school s tu dents'''' life-adjustment. Fam ily
atmosphere, sex, grade, and parent-child co mmuni- catoin could
predict th e life-adjustment of senior high school students
.4.Male and female senior hig h school students didn''''t have
significant differe nce in life-adjustment, but they had
difference in "interpersonal problem", "h ealth prob- lem","
self- con cept problem", "economic problem", "mood problem",
and "enter- tainment probl em".5.Senior high school students
who have good grad e tend to have better lif e-adjustment
than those who have bad grade.6.No sig inificant difference in
li fe-adjustment and various kind of adjustment prob- l em
can be found between s enior high school students who live
with family and w ho live outside family.7 . No siginificant
difference in life-adjustment and va rious kind of adjustmen
t prob- lem can be found between senior high school stu dents
who have differe nt birth- order.8. No siginificant
difference in life-ad justment and various kind of
adjustment prob- lem can be found between senior high school
students whose mother had different jobs. Based on the
above fi ndings, a fewsugges tions are proposed in the final
chap-ter.
