舞蹈是近年來較興盛普遍的流行活動,比起過去的保守社會,舞蹈活動已漸漸轉變成可依不同身體型態或年齡,任意隨音樂節奏或動作起舞;也因此,舞蹈傷害的案例快速增加。而這些傷害發生的原因,大都是因為不瞭解舞蹈動作技巧原理或生理構造而不適當的訓練或不正確的使用所引起。而這種轉變,可比較出現今流行且先進的處理方法與傳統教學法的不同點。時下的舞者,比早期的舞者較懂得仔細察覺自己的身體變化並不斷的追究許多相關的問題。他們向老師要求說明及解釋動作的分解與邏輯。 本文的目的除了闡述舞蹈訓練科學在舞蹈運動中的重要性之外,並依據相關運動科學領域的基礎理論,配合實際訓練與比賽實務,分析探討舞蹈運動中所需的體能訓練、心理訓練及技巧訓練等,提供國內舞蹈老師、舞者以及從事舞蹈運動工作者於訓練實務上的參考,期盼能夠提昇我國舞蹈運動的成就。本文結構如下: 第壹章、緒論,主要在敘述舞蹈運動的特質及透過文獻的探討,來探究舞蹈運動的起源與在國內之發展史略。第貳章、舞蹈訓練原則,主要是談到舞蹈運動的訓練與比賽計劃的擬定等,其中包含擬定訓練計劃的原則以及各種訓練計劃內容等。第參章、舞蹈的體能特徵,主要在介紹舞蹈運動所需的體能體力,以及依據運動生理學、運動訓練學、教練學等運動科學理論基礎說明體能訓練之訓練原則與訓練方法。第肆章、舞蹈心理學,文中以運動心理學、教練心理學基礎理論來探討心理訓練對舞蹈運動的重要性以及心理因素對舞蹈最佳表現的影響。 第伍章、舞蹈技巧訓練,主要以運動學、運動學習等科學基礎理論,來闡述舞蹈動作技巧如側舉腿等各專項技巧之原理與訓練方法。第陸章、舞蹈的生物力學,主要在闡述運動生物力學對舞蹈運動的重要性,並經由運動生物力學分析來幫助舞者瞭解動作技巧,進而改善動作技巧品質。第柒章、舞蹈的健康管理,本文主要在於介紹舞蹈傷害發生的原因及部位,並提供有效的預防及保護的方法。第捌章、舞蹈之未來展望,主要在於敘述舞蹈訓練科學化對於未來舞蹈運動的重要性,並建立舞蹈證照制度,使舞者擁有更長、更健康的歷程。
The popularity and appeal of dance now blooms universally, and individuals of body types, and ages are attracted to its rhythm and motion as never before. Consequently, the number of injuries has increased. The cause of these casualties is inadequate training and abuses that result from lack of true understanding of the dance technique and physical structures. The current approach to dance education contrasts with the traditional methods of teaching.Today''s dancers are more aware of their bodies and more inquisitive than former generations.They demand explanation and logic from their teachers as they analyze and challenge movements.The purposes of this paper is to ascertain and analyze,in accordance with the science of dance training basic dance, together with actual training and perfoming experience,the kind of training required for perfoming such as physical raining,psychological training and technique training,for the teachers, dancers and those engaged in dance movements.It is hopes that this paper may help raise the overall performance of dance of our country.The composition of this paper is concisely explained as follows: Chapter 1、Preface:this chapter explains the characteristics of dance,ascertains the origin of the dance through existing research papers,and traces the historical development of dance in our country. Chapter 2、The Principles of Dance Training:this chapter explains setting,arranging and executing of training and competition schedule.Includes principle,content of training of dance. Chapter 3、Physical Character of Dance:this chapter introduces the physical capability required for dancer and explains the training principles and methods according to scientific theorems of athletic physiology,athletic training systems, and coaching science. Chapter 4、Psychological of Dance:The psychological training text and training methods are explained in accordance with the theories of athletic and coach psychology and ascertains the importance of psychological training to dance and the influence of psychological training to the performance of dance. Chapter 5、Technique Training of Dance:this chapter ascertains the theories and training methods of the special techniques in the dance,such as holding the leg out in second position. Chapter 6、Biomechanics of Dance:this chapter ascertains the importance of biomechanics to dance and explains the analyze of biomechanics. Chapter 7、Health Menage of Dance:this chapter explains to provide a thorough literature review of the prevalence of dance injury. Includes the kinds of cause and position of dance injury and provide effective in the prevention and treatment of pain in dancers. Chapter 8、The Future of Dance:this chapter ascertains the importance of science training of dance to the dance art or exercise, and set up the licence of dance, promising performer longer, healthier careers.
